Confronting idols usually produces defensiveness until people realize that their idol is hiding a specific sin.
Idols mask sin so they get defended more viciously. But when you accurately point out sins the masses usually go silent.

There’s No Excuses Anymore
If we want to save our churches and our families from corruption, we can’t just repent from sin anymore. We have to repent from the iniquity that caused the sin. We can no longer address the outer symptoms and ignore the invisible virus, especially when God sends messengers with a prophetic microscope to make the virus visible.
Daniel 4:27
Wherefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by shewing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquillity.
Faith in the blood of Jesus brings action that is the fruit of repentance.

What’s the difference between sin and iniquity?
Sin is the sickness. Iniquity is the virus. Sin is the symptoms, iniquity is what leads to the symptoms.
Sin is obvious, iniquity is hidden. Iniquity is what was found in Satan. “iniquity was found in thee” satan is the original spreader of iniquity. He doesn’t deal in the symptoms he deals in the virus, the unobvious portion.
False prophets don’t necessarily spread sin, that would be too obvious. But they do spread iniquity… They “work” iniquity. It’s the iniquity that causes the sin to show up eventually, in many people. Some people hide the symptoms better than others.
That’s why many people will call Jesus Lord Lord and do many many works in his name, but Jesus will say ” depart from me I never knew you, you that “work” iniquity. ”
They are hungry wolves that “work” iniquity and they do not do the will of our Father in heaven. And the “many” people that follow them on the broad road will be headed to destruction.

Love and sin dont mix. Love destroys sin, because sin hurts people. This is perfect and mature love.
1 John 3
*8* He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
*9* Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
*10* In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
*11* For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
*12* Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother’s righteous.
*13* Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.
*14* We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.
*15* Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.
*16* Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.
*17* But whoso hath this world’s good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?

VICTORY OVERCOMES
1 Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. 2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. 3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. 4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. 5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
Jesus Christ is God and King, and obedience to His commandments brings you Victory over the world, since He is the King of the World. But since He is currently waiting for His enemies to be made His footstool, it takes faith to make this victory happen 
4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
Let’s separate two elements of this scripture:
First you get victory through faith. Then, that victory overcomes the world by faith. Where does that faith come from? Its born from God.
Let’s resynthesize the elements of this scripture:
Whatever faith, belief, vision, confession, saying, profession, ministry, obedient action… that is born from, conceived from, originated from God the Father in Heaven… IS the VICTORY that is designed to overcome, conquer, and gain supremacy over… the world’s system, the world’s ways, the worlds sinful methods and strategies that originated in satan, sin, and the prince of this world.
Say “Lah.”
The faith that GOD gave you will always overcome the sinful ways and methods of the world. It’s a guarantee! But you must actively believe and confess it, and it must be born and originated from God.
Say “Lah” again…
Then say “HallelujaH, God I thank you for an original faith and vision given from you, not from my own mind or satan! I will continue to work the faith in Christ that you have given me, and watch it overcome the sinful ways of the world.”

Do you know how an ESKIMO kills a WOLF up North in the Arctic snow?
He dips a sharp knife in the warm blood of a dead moose. The blood freezes. He dips it again and freeze another layer of blood onto it. He dips it again and does it several times until there are several layers of blood on this sharp knife.
At nighttime, he buries the handle in the snow, leaving the sharp blood-covered blade pointed upwards. He goes to bed.
Along comes a wolf who sniffed out the blood from a mile away… He loves the scent and taste of it, and begins to lick the blade. He’s thinking he’s lucky to have found a tasty treat. He licks, and licks harder and faster, and licks the blade up and down… He’s not noticing the fresh lacerations and cuts on his tongue. It tastes so good – and it’s so cold – the wolf doesn’t notice that soon: he’s licking his own blood. His own blood is freezing onto the blade, but he keeps licking it furiously, thinking he wants to get all this tastiness.
In the morning, the Eskimo returns to find a dead wolf, lying in his own blood.
SIN is the same way. Satan leaves us blades covered with stuff that we like, and we lick ourselves to death… Thinking that we are Enjoying Life.
We keep licking the lust & pornography…We keep licking the wicked music… We keep licking wicked entertainment… We keep licking that person we aren’t married to… We keep licking drugs & drunkenness… We keep licking fear and hatred and groupism.
We think “It tastes good”, “It’s not that deep”, “It’ll be okay,” “I’m smart/grown/religious/not religious – I can handle it.” We don’t know that we’re DYING in sin.
That’s why Jesus said: “If you do not repent, you will die in your sins.”
Jesus wasn’t mad at you when He said that.. He said that because he felt sorry for you… You are like a dying dog, enjoying the blade that kills you.
Jesus came to set you free from all that! He can change your heart. You don’t have to enjoy sin and kill yourself on it. Stop licking the blade!
Jesus took the sin blade for you, then conquered it and conquered satan by rising from the dead. Now you don’t have to fall into the same trap and die in your sins.
If you believe this, you should be constantly saying and confessing “I Believe in Jesus as who He said He was, the God sent solution to my problems and the world’s problems” And stop killing yourself. Follow Jesus, and Jesus only.
