HOW POWER, OPPRESSION, AND CONFLICTS WORK

I have 3 sons. They play together well 75% of the time. The other 25% of the time, one son provokes the other son, and the other son lashes out.

Normally the more powerful son (physically or psychologically) does the provoking, the weaker son lashes out in response. Then the powerful son responds with violence, and the weaker son responds with either crying or with more violence.

I listen to both of them and then come up with a resolution. That’s how power works, and how conflict works. We are not called to marvel at it, but we don’t have to ignore it or act like its not there. We are not called to take sides, but to judge both sides righteously.

Ecclesiastes 5:8
If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for he that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they.

THIS IS HOW LIES AND CONFUSION WORK:

“No, He Hit Me First!”
“We’re Right. They’re Wrong!”
“He’s a Dictator. We’re Not!”

Don’t Fall for Political and Media Manipulators.

Christians would be wise not to take sides in political battles of evil vs evil. Truth doesn’t take sides. Truth speaks up for the oppressed (Proverbs 31). As Christians we are also called to comfort the oppressed (Ecclesiastes 4:1) But truth does not fight earthly-minded battles of evil vs evil.. Truth warns both sides about God’s Judgement on sin and iniquity.

THE AFTERLIFE IS NOT A HUSTLE. The hustle is people that read scriptures like this:
 
Psalm 146:7
“The Lord executes judgement for the oppressed: which gives food to the hungry. The Lord looses the prisoners.”
 
And then proceed to teach with their ministries and with their lives that God:
– DOESNT care about the oppressed – they mock and dismiss the oppressed,
– He DOESNT handout food to the hungry, and
– He DOESNT care about injustice in the prison system – He wants to keep prisoners in prison for free labor.
 
THOSE PEOPLE ARE THE HUSTLERS AND LIARS! They care so much about keeping the political status quo flowing that they completely ignore the Bible.

God is About Quality more than Quantity: Justice & Righteousness is PREFERRED by Him

God definitely cares about quality more than quantity. He doesnt honor a song being sung to Him by a 10,000 member choir with beautiful voices that’s full of people who still live in sin, but will gladly honor a song sung by one person who can’t really sing, but is broken over their own sin and has truly repented from it.

“I hate, I despise your feast days, And I do not savor your sacred assemblies. Though you offer Me burnt offerings and your grain offerings, I will not accept them, Nor will I regard your fattened peace offerings. Take away from Me the noise of your songs, For I will not hear the melody of your stringed instruments. But let justice run down like water, And righteousness like a mighty stream.”

Don’t Let Past Injustices Trap Your Mind

A nation that turns the gospel into genocide also turns their heritage into hell.

Many people are already burning in hell for the atrocities they committed in the past, whether overt (rosewood, black wall street, genocide, slavery) or covert (redlining, planned parenthood, systematic discrimination).

They are already reaping what they sowed. Its very important to have a knowledge of history, but our primary focus should be to bring repentance and forgiveness for the sins that we face today.

Don’t worry about the sins and injustices that people are already burning in hell for. Focus on applying repentance, the Cross, the blood of Jesus, and forgiveness to the sins that are right in front of your face.

Neither anger or wrath, nor racism or a prideful superiority complex can ever advance a family, people, city, or nation. The gospel of Christ, the Spirit of Wisdom, diligence, prudence, character, and Love are the only things that can truly advance a family, people, city, or nation.

Creating a CULTURE of Biblical literacy is the best thing you can do for your family, church, and community.

When a people finds its spiritual calling, it also finds elevation in its natural calling. This is where the spirit of wisdom starts to develop and you start to see diligence, prudence, character, and savings. Then when you get savings you get business ideas. Then when you have business and protection of those businesses, you can advance your family and your community. The wisdom comes from God, and the savings (inheritance) comes from your parents or your employer or customers.

Ecclesiastes 7:11
Wisdom is good with an inheritance: and by it there is profit to them that see the sun.

Ultimately God holds the wisdom in His hands, and advancement only comes from our sacrificed lives given to Jesus. God will make sure that you reap what you have sown.

Jesus Brings Justice without Violence

Isaiah 42:1 Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth justice to the Gentiles.

2 He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause his voice to be heard in the street.

3 A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench: he shall bring forth justice unto truth.

4 He shall not fail nor be discouraged, till he have set justice in the earth: and the isles shall wait for his law.

Jesus will bring violence in the end, when He brings judgement to Anti-Christ systems. However before that, He seeks to operate with spreading the gospel of peace. Yes, Jesus came to bring a sword, but Jesus name is the only thing that should divide us. Carnal issues should not divide us.

Freedom and Liberty don’t Come from Republicans or Democrats

Leading people to Christ is not the same as leading them to the Republican party… because Republicans have lied just as much as the Democrats.

Giving people justice is not the same as leading them to the Democratic party… because the lies of the Democrats keep you just as bound as if you were a slave.

Leading people to Christ’s Justice is leading them into the Truth and Freedom of the Word of God and the Liberty of the Holy Spirit.

Wisdom is more precious than Adam Silver and Donald Sterling. Lessons for the church from the NBA.

Even though I love basketball, I already boycotted attending live NBA games because of the cheerleaders and the music they played last time I went… If there’s no room for racist Donald Sterling in the NBA, then how come there’s so much room for lust, curses, adultery and iniquity in our souls? If Christians responded with as much passion for holiness as they do for homosexuality issues and race issues we’d have nothing to worry about. Don’t complain about something and support it at the same time! The world doesn’t have the authority, we do!

In other words: Businesses make decisions according to the moral code of their customers. Christians and Ministries make decisions according to the moral code of God. So if we are not making decisions according to God’s moral code, why are we complaining about a business making a decision based on their moral code? If we made our decisions right, they’d be making their decisions to please us!!!!

The Bible actually teaches that “there’s no room for fornicators in your church” yet we will turn a blind eye to all the iniquity and sin that fills the church while we get hype about Donald Sterling. The Bible teaches that Overseers should be the husbands of one wife and not covetous. Yet scandal after scandal and we continue to “stay submitted” to man rather than God.

We don’t get justice or holiness because we don’t value respect for God’s name like LeBron James values respect for black basketball players. We don’t cry out in prayer, or teach against sin so we don’t get swift justice and decisive action for holiness from God like NBA players received from Adam Silver.

When will the world change? When the church changes.

The rich and poor meet together : the LORD is the maker of them all. Proverbs 22:2

Satan divides and conquers people by race, but especially by wealth. He divides you to conquer you, NOT to help you. Believe this.

 

Make a decision not to judge people by their wealth or bloodline, and to join up with people of a different economic status and nationality to worship the Lord.

 

You will be destroying your real enemy and helping yourself at the same time.

 

The enemy divided you to conquer you, not to help you. If you don’t believe this, then the enemy is smarter than you. Believe this and fight against it by Unifying with Agreement on the Truth.

Its bad enough when people don’t agree based on confusion and ignorance and disobedience –  but what’s TEN TIMES WORSE is when people that DO AGREE choose to separate themselves based on economics or nationality. That is SATAN’S ultimate checkmate. Its like stopping at the one yard line with 1 second left in the game, down by one point.
