Scandalous Preachers with False Humility

Some preachers walk in that fake humility of “not defending themselves” against accusations of scandals  because they know that gullible Christians will keep following them anyway. The bible says that you can defend yourself with the Word of your testimony in Isaiah 54, and Revelations 12.

Often times the preachers that ignore these scandals or just pay for them to go away, and won’t repent, are the ones that actually are guilty of what they have been accused of. The only ones that defend them are their deceived followers. The sinful preachers won’t repent, they just wait till people forget about it and keep making money.

1 Timothy 3

1 This is a true saying, if a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work.

2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;

3 Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;

4 One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity;

5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)

6 Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil.

7 Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

It is clearly a biblical qualification of an overseer to be free from scandal, above reproach, and blameless.

When you see a minister linked to multiple sexual scandals, or who is a novice, or who makes money off of fame… or makes a lot of money in ministry, but has no family. There’s a lot of red flags. If a preacher has scandals following him around, but he won’t even testify for himself… why should I believe him?

It’s VERY EASY to make a public statement on all the things that happened, and then satan would not be able to make any more accusations, and all the rumours would stop.

Preachers that won’t defend themselves from scandal or be honest about their mistakes and repent from them openly (all in the name of false humility) are very skilled at deceiving the flock. They are poisoning the flock and it will have a high cost for those that follow them. Because eventually, a little leaven leavens the whole lump (Galatians 5:8-9).

The Difference Between Gossip & Slander and A Testimony

Sometimes when its important to protect the people of God from deception, we must take an aggressive stance and lay down our lives for the sheep instead of being hirelings that flee when the wolf comes.

Oftentimes in that situation the devil will try to accuse a messenger of God about their motives as they protect the flock. So let’s try to understand the difference between a gossip and a testimony.

What’s the Power of a Gossip?

Gossip and Slander are very serious sins. Words are spiritual, and gossp comes from the desire to assassinate, i.e. KILL a person spiritually. Its a spiritual form of murder.

Proverbs 26

24 He that hateth dissembleth with his lips, and layeth up deceit within him;

25 When he speaketh fair, believe him not: for there are seven abominations in his heart.

The bible also describes these seven abominations in Proverbs 6.

Proverbs 6

16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:

17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,

18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

What’ the Power of a Testimony?

A testimony is one of the most powerful ways to effectively overcome the devil that is trying to accuse you. It’s one of the 3 things that make a way for the Kingdom of God and Christ to gain ground in the world.

Revelations 12

10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

What’s the Difference between a Gossip and a Testimony?

Gossip is based in pride, lies, murder, mischief, deceit, and discord.

Testimony is based in sacrifice, honesty, and selflessness.

A gossip tells lies or unverifiable information about someone else.

An honest testimony tells truth, and talks firsthand, about what happened to them or what they saw.

A gossip or slander talks to kill others.

An honest testimony talks to save others.

A gossip speaks in anger, for self.

An honest testimony speaks in love, to set others free from deception.

A gossip is partial to those who are rich and powerful, and can help them.

An honest testimony speaks in favor of the truth even if it hurts themselves.

Here are a few Scriptures from Leviticus that Illustrate the Balance and God’s Heart in the Matter

Leviticus 19 (CEV)

15 Be fair, no matter who is on trial—don’t favor either the poor or the rich.

16 Don’t be a gossip, but never hesitate to speak up in court, especially if your testimony can save someone’s life.[c]

17 Don’t hold grudges. On the other hand, it’s wrong not to correct someone who needs correcting.

18 Stop being angry and don’t try to take revenge. I am the Lord, and I command you to love others as much as you love yourself.

Leviticus 19 (AMP)

15 You shall do no injustice in judging a case; you shall not be partial to the poor or show a preference for the mighty, but in righteousness and according to the merits of the case judge your neighbor.

16 You shall not go up and down as a dispenser of gossip and scandal among your people, nor shall you [secure yourself by false testimony or by silence and] endanger the life of your neighbor. I am the Lord.

17 You shall not hate your brother in your heart; but you shall surely rebuke your neighbor, lest you incur sin because of him.

18 You shall not take revenge or bear any grudge against the sons of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.

Leviticus 19 (KJV)

15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.

16 Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbour; I am the Lord.

17 Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.

18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the Lord.

The Accuser Cross Examines you to try to Silence your Testimony

Never let the Accuser try to cross examine you for telling your honest testimony. A testimony is a testimony – let God’s Word be the Judge.

If something bad happens and you give your testimony, it doesn’t mean you are bitter, it doesn’t mean you’re offended, it doesn’t mean you are permanently hurt.

If you walk with God you’re more likely healed, happy, and promoted. When you try to get revenge it means you are bitter. When you tell your testimony it means you’re honest, and you are entrusting yourself to God to Judge rightly.

It’s the Accuser’s job to try to destroy your testimony by cross-examining you to try and silence you. Why? Because the Accuser knows that if you tell your testimony that’s the final part of how you overcome him (Satan). He wants to stop your complete victory and try to conquer others.

The next time the Accuser tries to cross-examine you, tell him to Examine the Cross!

Satanic Gun Control

Satanic Gun Control

Isn’t it funny how the 3 weapons that the devil cannot defeat are the ones he tries to make you feel bad for using and sometimes even having?

Here are the 3 weapons that overcome Satan:

Revelations 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Here are examples of the lies the devil tells you to get you to turn in your guns.

Blood of Jesus
“Christ’s Blood covenant is not enough, you need to pledge this, be a member of that, get this brand, compromise with the world system to really be successful in the kingdom.”

Word of your Testimony
“You can’t tell your testimony, if you do people will think you’re crazy, or bitter or still messed up. You should be ashamed of yourself.”

Not Loving Life to Death
“You can’t obey God for real, it’s too risky to follow Him all the way. He’ll let you die and leave you hanging. You’re being too extremist.”

Don’t let the devil trick you into spiritual gun control! Use your biggest weapons today.

Jeremy Lin Testimony

From Tebow to J-Lin… The surprise sports sensations of this year have both been Christians.

Maybe God is anointing His messengers! When it comes to sports, if you are not glorifying God in Nazarite style holiness… it can degenerate into idol worship very easily.

But checkout Jeremy Lin’s Testimony! He seems to be humble, with his priorities in order, and he knows that God has set him up for such a time as this!

Pray for J -Lin to stay away from the strange women, and not to get drunk with the world’s wine! Pray that he reject any advertising contracts with those themes as well. God doesn’t need tithes or partnerships from babylon business profits.

God is anointing His messengers. Pray for them!

Better yet, be one!

So now, how about: Ron Paul for President, and Jeremy Lin for Vice PresLindent?
