Both Christians, both Apostles. One preaching the gospel in the big city. The other preaching the gospel in smaller cities. One had to challenge the other for tolerating ethnocentrism. The other had to listen and repent. Humility allowed this to happen.
Let’s move the Body of Christ forward before we try to move a fallen world forward. “American Greatness” at the expense of a Divided Body is a bad tradeoff.

The reason why the race issue precedes the abortion issue, is because the race issue is the root of the abortion issue. The eugenics movement was planned, plotted, financed, and promoted specifically to decrease the black population and the black vote.
So you can’t cut the branch sin (abortion) and water the root sin (racism), it’s just another way for you to fail.
So you actually will change nothing by voting in the lesser of two evils if you allow pride to win over humility.

Social justice goes with the kingdom of God. Political conquest doesn’t. Jesus married justice to the gospel. He banned political conquest from the gospel. If we did what Jesus said, we wouldnt need government funding & control (liberals) NOR would we need political & economic war (conservatives) to spread the gospel.
Read the actual bible before you trample your brethren in your quest for political and economic power.

He that justifies the wicked, and condemns the just. Both are abomination to the Lord. Proverbs 17.
Politics sure brings out the abomination in so-called Christians. They will find a wicked candidate, and if they think they can win they’ll do all types of back flips and vain prophecies to justify them. Then they’ll find a just person, and condemn them for not supporting their wicked candidate.
Lord purify your Bride from the corrupt quest for political control. Purge us from those who would trample their brethren for political and economic conquest. “If my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight. But my kingdom is not of this world.”

This is what the bible says to people that think that things were better in the old days…
that America started out good, but then went bad when Obama became President.
These people are called unwise. Their whole way of thinking is ignorant.
Ecclesiastes 7:10 Say not thou, What is the cause that the former days were better than these? for thou dost not enquire wisely concerning this.
According to Ecclesiastes 7:10 it’s unwise to say that the old days were better than the current days. In real life, everything is cyclical, the same things keep happening, and today is spiritually no better or worse than yesterday. Biblically the only things that increase are scientific knowledge, technology, travel, and the size of population ( Daniel 11).

MERCY TRIUMPHS OVER JUDGEMENT
Practical Steps to Minimize God’s Judgement on your Life, your Community, and your Nation.
From discerning the time and season we are in, and observing the laws of sowing and reaping, it’s evident that we are boxed into judgement on all sides. The only thing we can do for ourselves is fast, pray for mercy, practice righteousness and generosity, and prepare with prudence. Judgement is always 2-sided… so prepare to be on the right side of God’s judgment.
Judgment is Coming to the House of God
We know that judgement is coming to the house of God because of the error that has been displayed openly:
When the people of God embarrass His name with hypocrisy, idolatry, division, and foolishness… the Lord will recover the glory of His name, by showing the world what He thinks about our hypocrisy, idolatry, division, and foolishness. Judgement begins in the house of God. (1 Peter 4:17).
Judgement is Coming to this Nation
We know that judgement is coming to this wicked nation, because this nation has been wicked from the beginning. It’s foolish, and unwise to say that the old days were any better than what is going on now (Ecclesiastes 7:10). There is nothing new under the sun. Judgement is coming because of:
Part of true repentance as a nation is not only acknowledging your sin and evil in rejecting God’s Commandments, but also acknowledging the fact that you repeatedly and continually rejected every prophet, messenger, preacher, and testifier that God sent your way to warn you about your sin. We have to admit that we have rejected God himself, and we also rejected the people that God sent over and over again to clarify His message to us. We have to admit that we have absolutely no excuses at all because we were hard-headed, hard-hearted, self-willed, and prideful.
When Judgement Comes
When judgement is coming, the biblical response is to fast, pray, and hide yourself from it with acts of righteousness, generosity, and prudence.
The political response is to double down on your arrogance and cast your lot with the lesser of two evils. This response is a waste of your time.
When judgement comes, don’t trust in man, trust in God!

HOW DO WE RESPOND TO THE LGBT AGENDA?
I watched a video on the LGBT agenda …and it has me boiling… I work in a very liberal city and am confronted with various issues that affect that community and my own tolerance (or lack there of is tested). How do we as Christians deal with this group? They are getting sooooo bold… how do we do the same without judging???
Homosexuality is against nature, and its linked with selfishness and self worship as shown in Romans 1. The agenda has always been aggressive and violent, even since bible times. This goes back to the root of how most selfish self-worshippers spread homosexuality – thru violent sexual abuse. They cannot procreate, so they spread it thru aggression and violence and intimidation. So the lifestyle is generally spread by aggression.
Homosexuality is linked with sexual abuse by research.

So even as far back as Genesis 19 you see the result of anti-love, it turns into aggressive hatred, and it calls saying what’s right “judgemental.”
Genesis 19
4 But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter:
5 And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? bring them out unto us, that we may know them.
6 And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him,
7 And said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly.
8 Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out unto you, and do ye to them as is good in your eyes: only unto these men do nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow of my roof.
9 And they said, Stand back. And they said again, This one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with thee, than with them. And they pressed sore upon the man, even Lot, and came near to break the door.
Why did all the homosexuals gather in Sodom “young and old” just to rape their guests?
Isn’t it funny how things never change?
But the homosexual spirit and the Anti-Christ spirit are related, because the Anti-Christ is a self-worshipper.
2 Timothy 2
3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
The Bible even says that the Anti-Christ will have “no love of women… but will sacrifice to the God of forces” Does that mean he will be homosexual? He will magnify himself above all… Is that not self-worship, and anti-love – the basis of homosexuality?
Daniel 11
36 And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done.
37 Neither shall he regard the God of his fathers, nor the desire of women, nor regard any god: for he shall magnify himself above all.
38 But in his estate shall he honour the God of forces: and a god whom his fathers knew not shall he honour with gold, and silver, and with precious stones, and pleasant things.
However, we know that we are not to return evil for evil, and railing for railing. When someone gives us hate and lies, we give back truth and love. We are called to speak boldly, but to also speak the truth in love.
Our only way to deal with it is to first, demonstrate real love and self-sacrificial love by keeping our own covenants of marriage, and being faithful with our own children and families first. Selfish pleasure based fake love and aggressive selfish love becomes weaker in the presence of true covenant love in submission to God.
After that, just treat people like humans. Love them and speak the truth to them. If they receive truth, continue to give it. If they don’t, dust your feet off and move on. It’s the word of God that judges our actions, not us. So if people reject God’s judgements, they are rejecting Him. We don’t have to take it personal.
We also have to walk in the Holy Spirit’s power of deliverance, as well as healing, because many of the people in that lifestyle need healing from abuses and deliverance from demons that have entered into their broken spirits.
I don’t feel threatened by homosexuals, I’ve seen them get saved and turn their whole lives back to God. They’re just normal people who need love, healing, and a renewed mind. Jesus is more than able to give them everything they need.
As far as their agenda, we don’t fear man, and we don’t love our own lives even to the death. We overcome by the blood of the lamb, the word of our testimony, and not loving our lives even to the death (Revelations 12:11).

Focus, Diligence, and Perseverance are the only attributes you need to get you to where you want to be in life.
We all do these things very well, the problem is that sometimes we focus on the wrong visions, we’re diligent in the wrong plans, and we persevere towards the wrong goals.
Who has bewitched you? Who has distracted you? Who has deceived you?
Get rid of those things and you will have nothing in between you and your goals except focus, diligence, and perseverance.
