One of the most untold curses of ungodly entertainment and media is that it is purposefully designed and crafted to fuel and create unrealistic desires, discontentment, comparison, and covetousness.

Many many people could heal their low-self esteem and depression simply by TURNING OFF THE SCREEN and denying the manipulators and marketers access to their soul. Get back into your actual real life and shut down the fantasies. You’ll get a part of your mind back that you never knew was gone. Try it for a month.

Does God Desire “Christian Entertainment?”

Entertainment is to hold something in your mind. God calls us to hold the Word in our mind.
See Colossians 3 and Ephesians 5

Entertainment is also hospitality and hosting fellowship at your house. God wants leaders to be lovers of hospitality.
See 1 Peter 4 and 1 Timothy 1

However iniquity, pride and violence is entertainment we should avoid. These are rooted in the sinful heart of man. Talent worship, beauty worship, and merchandising the Holy Spirit is from the influence of Lucifer. That’s the type entertainment we should avoid.
See Ezekiel 28 and Matthew 15 and Acts 12

What’s the Solution to the Gay Agenda?

Are we all up in arms and alarmed about the latest homosexual advance in culture? Is it because we don’t believe in the power of God’s Word?

Do you want to know the solution to the gay agenda?

Commandment # 5/10:

Love God by honoring what He gave you “Your parents”: Honor your father and mother, for this is the first commandment with promises. (You will live long and inherit the land, when you honor and imitate the goodness of your father and mother).

Love your Neighbor by not desiring anything that God gave them. If you don’t have a desire for someone else’s blessing, no agenda can touch you. You just grow over time and inherit what God has given you.

I don’t worry about an agenda because I know the power in the principles of God’s commandments. No aggressive agenda can stop the power of God’s commandments of love. All the commandments are based in love. The 5/10 commandment is actually the same principle, 5 towards God, 10 towards others.

So in other words, we can either save the gays with the gospel, or we can build families that will inherit and rebuild a nation that was destroyed like Sodom and Gomorrah, or Rome.

Either way, love is going to do it. Worrying about gay advancements in media and entertainment isn’t going to do anything.

Building our families and churches on love is what will work as a long term solution.

Wisdom is more precious than Adam Silver and Donald Sterling. Lessons for the church from the NBA.

Even though I love basketball, I already boycotted attending live NBA games because of the cheerleaders and the music they played last time I went… If there’s no room for racist Donald Sterling in the NBA, then how come there’s so much room for lust, curses, adultery and iniquity in our souls? If Christians responded with as much passion for holiness as they do for homosexuality issues and race issues we’d have nothing to worry about. Don’t complain about something and support it at the same time! The world doesn’t have the authority, we do!

In other words: Businesses make decisions according to the moral code of their customers. Christians and Ministries make decisions according to the moral code of God. So if we are not making decisions according to God’s moral code, why are we complaining about a business making a decision based on their moral code? If we made our decisions right, they’d be making their decisions to please us!!!!

The Bible actually teaches that “there’s no room for fornicators in your church” yet we will turn a blind eye to all the iniquity and sin that fills the church while we get hype about Donald Sterling. The Bible teaches that Overseers should be the husbands of one wife and not covetous. Yet scandal after scandal and we continue to “stay submitted” to man rather than God.

We don’t get justice or holiness because we don’t value respect for God’s name like LeBron James values respect for black basketball players. We don’t cry out in prayer, or teach against sin so we don’t get swift justice and decisive action for holiness from God like NBA players received from Adam Silver.

When will the world change? When the church changes.

What does GOD say about Religion?

Pure and undefined Religion

James 1
27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

What does God say about Traditions of Men?

Mark 7
13 making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.

Yet people will follow the traditions of men but stand against what God calls PURE AND UNDEFILED RELIGION?

It’s so funny people will support a church or an entertainment ministry where they don’t have to be a disciple of Christ or be a house of prayer, all they have to do is give MONEY and DANCE… A church stuck in tradition… An entertainment ministry stuck in the world.

But then tell you that you have a “religious spirit” because you love God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength – which is the first commandment. Because you keep yourself UNSPOTTED from the world. Because you care for the poor instead of have respect of persons and cater to the rich.

Holiness is a Strength not a weakness. The Holy Spirit has power. Traditions of men don’t.

So I say this: YOU NEED TO GET A RELIGIOUS SPIRIT!

Not the religion of man’s traditions and entertainment. But PURE and UNDEFILED Religion before the Father.

Why do we love Adultery, “Scandal”, and “Grand Theft” in Entertainment?

I used to watch all types of filthy entertainment, until I realized that it was making me filthy again after I had washed myself in the Blood of Jesus and the Word of God.

Here is the reason why 99% of all entertainment is based on adultery, spiritual adultery, and Filth: People like filth. High – level sorcerers and marketers know this, and they will always sell it to you.

The reason people like filth is because filth comes from within our heart, and it reminds us of ourselves. Jesus told us this:

Matthew 15:18 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man. 19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: 20 these are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.

When you follow Christ your thirst for filth should be starved… Your hunger and thirst should be for righteousness.

Wash yourself in the blood of Jesus and in the word of God daily, but don’t go defiling yourself on purpose with filth and entertainment. Pursue holiness and fruitfulness. We are in this world, but not of it.

But What about the Bible? The Bible has adultery in it? The bible has a lot of scandals!

But the Word of God is also something we call anointed: it is filled with Holiness, saturated in God, and set apart for Gods purpose.

The bible doesn’t use sin to reach people, the bible glorifies God as forgiver, cleanser, and punisher of sin.

There is a big difference in telling your testimony and “boasting in your sinful nature” (1 Corinthians 1:29–31).

There is a big difference between laboring in sin and pride to attract people, and then mentioning Christ at the end – versus laboring to glorify Christ and then presenting forgiveness of sin.

John 12

Satan can Corrupt Wisdom Principles Really Really EASILY

Wisdom principles without the King Jesus are useless in the Kingdom of Jesus. Reason: the devil has been around for thousands of years and he is The Expert Corrupter of the results of Gods wisdom.

*[[Eze 28:17]] KJV* Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.

Thats actually how he became satan- by corrupting the beauty talent and wisdom that God gave him and not giving Glory to God. (Ezekiel 28:17,18)

*[[Eze 28:18]] KJV* Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.

Satan defiles holy sanctuaries with unrighteous merchandising from corrupted wisdom.

Satan  can corrupt ANY wisdom principles really really easy. He can do it by deceiving, stealing, lying, provoking envy (no one can stand before envy Pr 27:4), lust, or greed. We cant outsmart him, even Solomon couldn’t outsmart Satan. That’s why the only way to make progress in the Kingdom is to violently glorify, exalt, and obey Jesus Christ and His words.

All Entertainment has a Philosophy Behind It

All entertainment has a philosophy behind it. Realize that when you allow yourself to be entertained by anything you are showing that the philosophy of that entertainment is more powerful than your own philosophy, OR that you agree with that philosophy. If you refused to be entertained by something, you are proving that the philosophy you have is more powerful than the philosophy of the entertainment.

Colorado massacre

after we finish praying for the victims of the latest massacre, let’s make a commitment not to be entertained by the things that we don’t want to see in real life. the next time a violent movie or video game comes out where you are entertained by seeing people killed purposelessly – say ” I won’t support that.” Then get a gun to protect your family from crazy people. Sane people have to protect themselves from crazy people.
