Its true that the systems of oppression exist in the world, but its also true that God’s power in family and church is exactly what it takes to overcome them.
You can acknowledge the devil when he shows up, but at the same time you have to take authority over him with your words AND actions as a Father of your family, and as a Servant of Christ in connection with the Church.
I only acknowledge the devil when I’m taking authority over him and walking over him. That’s what Jesus did.
