Don’t Pick the Wrong Fight – Your Arms are Too Short to Box with GOD

Just because you feel conviction or heat from something that a preacher says, doesn’t mean that they said it with you in mind. Give the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes the Word is just the Word, and the Holy Spirit is just the Holy Spirit. Let God be God and be humble. Feeling Conviction is not a reason to pick a fight with someone or harden your heart.

If you hate someone because they preach and do right and you’ve done wrong, you’re a murderer like Cain. That’s why God said if you hate your brother you are a murderer (1 John 3:15). It’s the same spirit as Cain killing Abel. It’s identical to the original spirit of murder.

Even if a preacher does have you in mind, if you feel conviction the best response is to search your heart and change, not put up your dukes. Putting up your dukes is dangerous because your arms are too short to box with God.

Balaam beat that donkey’s butt but the Angel was about to beat Him with an invisible sword. Don’t pick the wrong fight. Even if the preacher is a donkey, if it’s the Word of God – don’t fight.

The reason Balaam was so ignorant is because he heard what God said, but he rejected Gods heart. Try to understand Gods heart, and be soft-hearted to the Word of God. (Numbers 22:22-27).

Do Not Be Unequally Yoked Together with Unbelievers

When you partner with unbelievers to do ministry, eventually unbelievers will control, corrupt, and steal from the ministry.

Doesn’t matter if it’s Church, Music, or “Christian” TV. That’s why God said to “be not unequally yoked.”

He didn’t say “chase platforms chase fame chase money in my name just mention me and it’ll be okay.”

Psalm 146: How God and Man work Together

I LOVE GOD. He is the Highest! This is one of the best scriptures in the bible to describe how God works with man… Be Encouraged!

Psalm 146
5 Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God:

— Those that are encouragers, be Happy, because God Helps you when you hope in Him.

6 Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:

— Those that are rulers and leaders, realize that God already made and planned everything. Find out and carry out His plan.

— Those that are teachers, realize that God owns the truth forever and all your research is to find Him.

7 Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The Lord looseth the prisoners:

— Those that are prophesiers/declarers, realize that God is always giving justice to those that are oppressed, those that are low and humbled.

— Those that are servers, please know that God is actively working on behalf of those that need Him the most.

8 The Lord openeth the eyes of the blind: the Lord raiseth them that are bowed down: the Lord loveth the righteous:

— Those that are compassionate, know that the Lord will cheer up and serve the humble and the righteous.

9 The Lord preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.

— Those that are givers, realize that God is always giving to those in need. He does not support wickedness.

10 The Lord shall reign for ever…

Why did Jesus bring up the Spirit of Elijah (John the Baptist) when the Pharisees asked Him about His authority?

The Pharisees were always worried about Jesus’ authority…

But Jesus was always walking in God’s Authority.

Why did Jesus bring up the Spirit of Elijah (John the Baptist) when the Pharisees asked Him about His authority?

Because the Spirit of Elijah operated on God’s Authority.

The Pharisees rejected the Spirit of Elijah, so they had no authority to even question Jesus’s authority. They operated on Man’s authority and had already rejected God’s Authority. That’s why Jesus refused to even answer them unless they gave a response on what John the Baptist did.

Mark 11

27 And they come again to Jerusalem: and as he was walking in the temple, there come to him the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders,

28 And say unto him, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority to do these things?

29 And Jesus answered and said unto them, I will also ask of you one question, and answer me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things.

30 The baptism of John, was it from heaven, or of men? answer me.

31 And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say, Why then did ye not believe him?

32 But if we shall say, Of men; they feared the people: for all men counted John, that he was a prophet indeed.

33 And they answered and said unto Jesus, We cannot tell. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Neither do I tell you by what authority I do these things.

Pride, Iniquity, Deception

Complete humility, truth, and obedience in the fear of God is what keeps us alive spiritually.

Why Did Dinosaurs become Extinct?

What if dinosaurs went extinct because God cursed all “serpents?”

Did you ever noticed that the only “serpents” that are still around are the ones whose bellies touch the ground and they lick dust and insects?

God created animals as different “kinds”, and maybe when he curse the serpent he was cursing the entire “kind” of animal, including all the species within that kind:

Genesis 3:14
And the Lord God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

No word of God will ever fail. Even nature declares the glory of God, and you have to be willfully ignorant not to see the truth.
