BLIND PHARISEES vs the BEAUTY of HOLINESS!
Matthew 23:26
Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.
Most modern Christians think that Jesus meant we should only clean our INSIDES, and do whatever we want on our OUTSIDE.
But that’s NOT what Yahusha taught!
He taught that when our insides are clean, our OUTSIDE WILL BE CLEAN ALSO!
IT’S OKAY TO LOOK CLEAN AND HOLY AND HUMBLE ON THE OUTSIDE TOO!
IT’S OKAY TO SPEAK WITH A PURE HEART AND A CLEAN CONSCIENCE!
HOLINESS IS STILL RIGHT! MODESTY IS STILL RIGHT!
MEEKNESS IS STILL RIGHT! HUMILITY IS STILL RIGHT!
Contrary to popular belief, the Pharisees were NOT walking in Holiness or Meekness! They were covetous and full of envy. They were hypocrites (actors) that wanted to maintain control and power and influence.
They loved their influence over the MASSES, and they invested massive resources into “reaching people” for the Kingdom – only to produce more disobedient false converts that would GO TO HELL TWICE AS FAST as themselves!
Most modern day Evangelicals and Christian Performers have more in common with the Pharisees than they do with the Beauty of Holiness!
Why? Because they choose Power and Influence over the MASSES instead of Holiness and Meekness with the FEW on the Narrow Road that leads to Eternal Life.
Make sure you make the right choice!
