Pastors: Some saints would rather be spiritually abused than spiritually matured. Don’t take the bait. Teach and Lead by Example.
🙏🏽❤🔟👑📖
Some people are used to being disrespected, so they will disrespect you, hoping that you will disrespect them back – just so they can say “he disrespected me.”
Some people are used to being cursed out, so they will curse you out, hoping that you will curse them out – just so they can say “he cursed me out.”
Some people are used to being manipulated and lied to, so they will manipulate and lie to you, hoping that you will manipulate and lie to them – just so they can say “he manipulated and lied to me.”
Some people only know leadership by emotional abuse and manipulation.
They aren’t used to leadership by example, straightforward communication, and discipline.
When they get frustrated they will give you what they used to get, hoping you will give it back. Don’t Retaliate!
Don’t Take the Bait! Be Glorious!
Proverbs 19:11 The discretion of a man deferreth his anger; and it is his glory to pass over a transgression.

Luke 6:28 Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.
1 Peter 3:9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.
In Marriage, In Ministry, At Work:
DON’T TAKE THE BAIT!
Prove that You are a Child of God!
Rise ABOVE Insults!
Forgive 70×7 everyday!
If refusing to manipulate, control, abuse, or seduce people makes me a weak leader; then I’ll be completely satisfied with being a good & faithful servant. #servantleadership
