I am convinced that you will not excel at anything spiritual, mental, physical, relational, technical, or professional unless you become comfortable with the boring, dull, tedious, mundane, and unexciting, fundamental DISCIPLINES within that area.
A mind that runs from DISCIPLINE – and instead constantly seeks novelty, fun, and stimulation – is destined to be subpar and underproductive, with its growth unnecessarily retarded.
Run from the hard stuff, nothing happens.
Do the hard stuff so the fun stuff happens.
