Zacchaeus vs Kanye West: Tangible Repentance

I love Kanye West and I would love to see someone teach him how to really follow Jesus the King.

We’ve seen fake Entertainment based repentance over and over again.

We’ve also seen entertainers exercise true tangible repentance and walk in true salvation.

2 totally different things.

A few celebrities that have actually turned from their sin, and lost money, opportunities and fame for doing so, because the world left them and hated them:
Vanity (Denise Matthews)
Kirk Cameron
No Malice
To a lesser extent: Rick Moranis, Chris Tucker

VANITY is a modern example of True Kingdom Repentance. She let her HYPOCRITE Vanity demon/mask die.

She also cut off financial fellowship with the wicked by refusing her royalties from her Vanity character/hypocrite/mask/demon that she had previously assumed.

“Jesus appeared to her in a vision and offered her life if she would let “Vanity” die. Denise re-assumed her the name given by her parents. Her transformation was so thorough that she even refused the royalties coming from her entertainment career.”

This is the Repentance that the Apostles described in the Scriptures and is similar to Zacchaeus.

How can we tell the difference? Zacchaeus is the Lord Jesus’s example of repentance because he gave up the money he made in iniquity.

Nobody who turns from their sin can do so without renouncing the evil they’ve done verbally and tangibly (by giving up the wealth of iniquity).

If someone gets saved to put out an album to make more money, without renouncing or giving up wealth gained from their past evil, that’s not repentance at all. (Look what happened to Murder Ma$e).

Luke 19:8 And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord: Behold, Lord, the HALF OF MY GOODS I GIVE TO THE POOR; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I RESTORE HIM FOURFOLD.
9 And Jesus said unto him, THIS DAY IS SALVATION COME to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.
10 For the Son of man is come to SEEK AND SAVE that which was lost.

Notice that Jesus’s declaration of Seeking and Saving the lost came after a declaration of TANGIBLE fruits of repentance from Zacchaeus.

Daniel 4:27 Wherefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and BREAK OFF THY SINS BY RIGHTEOUSNESS, and thine INIQUITIES BY SHOWING MERCY TO THE POOR; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquility.

Angels are not omniscient and they cannot read your mind or see your heart.

When angels rejoice over the sinner that repents, they are rejoicing over tangible repentance that they can see.

Not just with the mouth, but actions and tangible recompense of the poor.

Angels know what repentance looks like. Do we?

Watch, and Pray, and CHANGE

If you are watching and praying, and paying attention to the news… especially to Israel (God’s prophetic calender)… then you know that God is ACCELERATING a lot of things spiritually. Make sure you watch and pray on a deeper level. Recommit your life to Jesus Christ.

But also, make sure that you are on the GOOD SIDE of the immutable laws of sowing and reaping. Change what you actually DO, amend your ways, and bring God the FRUITS of repentance. TODAY!

27 Wherefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by shewing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquility.

Luke 9
8 And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord: Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.
9 And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, for so much as he also is a son of Abraham.
