iRepent: To the “Black” Hebrew Israelites… Please do more research.

My advice is to be careful with the whole “black hebrew israelite” doctrines. I don’t think they are really valid scripturally, I think its a doctrine created from pain and oppression. First of all, you are not black. Nor are you a Hebrew unless you are in Christ.

1st thing: correlation does not equal causation.

God’s laws apply to all people in principle, not just the Jews. Sin creates death just like gravity pulls you down. So just because Africans have been enslaved and appear to be walking in the curses of Deuteronomy doesn’t mean we are physically the seed of Abraham.

What’s more important is that we become spiritually the seed of Abraham. The spiritual seed of Abraham is by faith in Christ, not by bloodline or “race.”
Number 2: Race is a created construct of man. Its not reality. God never created race. God created languages, which turned into families, tribes, nations, etc. So any doctrine based on race is founded upon a presupposition of error. Race is an invention and device of man to manipulate and control you with sorcery. You don’t base any biblical doctrine on race… if you do, you’ll be on shaky ground.

If African based people are the children of Israel, then all of them would have to be. Or which ones are, which ones aren’t?

What about Native Americans… are they the people of Israel too because they have been oppressed and abused?

Overall: when you look at the oppression of man, your looking at the work and evil of man.
Physical Israelites know who they are based on Heritage and Language: As far as the Jews – most cultures are well established and a lot of people know who they are because their family history goes back thousands of years. Jewish culture is well established, they have written records, a long line of rabbis, etc. If you don’t think a Jew is Jewish, just go ask them and find out.

Part of the reason I don’t think that non-Jewish Africans are Jewish, is because non-Jewish Africans don’t know that they’re Jewish. If they were Jewish they would have a historical record of that, like the Ethiopian African Jews. Jewish culture is big on remembrance, records, and history. They actually know they are Jewish and have record of it.

Jews traveled and spread their faith even before Jesus came , so yes there is evidence of Jewish style customs in other cultures, that doesn’t mean everybody that converted to Judaism is a physical seed of Abraham.

I’ve read of Oluadah Equiano who said when he read the bible he saw some familiar customs to his homeland before he was sold into slavery. However he never claimed to be Jewish. We all came from Adam and had a basic idea of sacrifices and cleanness.

Nowhere in history do you see any record of Jews not knowing who they were, even when carried away captive to other nations and as slaves. Also if those being cut off from their heritage were jews… that would mean that there are nations all over the western portion of Africa that have historical records that they are Jewish. The slaves came from tribes in the western portion of Africa. Where are those records?

Also, if God split the people of Babel up by language, then you have to show me the cultures in Africa that speak or write a language that looks like Hebrew. That would be an effective way to prove that the lost tribes of Israel are in or from Africa. However, no one has any proof of any other nations speaking Hebrew other than Israel.

How did American Racism Start?

Because America operates on a caste system based on race. When slavery first started out in America, it was just regular slavery. There were Irish slaves, Native American slaves, slaves from all over Europe, and most were temporary.

When former slaves started demanding more rights as citizens, rich landowners began a divide and conquer strategy. This is where race began and racism started. They took away the few rights that the African based slaves had and gave more rights to the European-based slaves.

This made “black” slavery into a permanent state enforced by governmental law. The racial caste system continued even after slavery was officially ended in the form of Jim Crow, lynching, destruction of successful African American communities, redlining, war on drugs, white flight, etc.

Racism is mostly based on the corruption of what is done, and wickedness and greed of man. Racism is not punishment for African people for refusing to keep the law of Moses. Ecclesiastes says “Marvel not when you see a oppression in a province, because there is someone higher than they are.”

If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for he that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they.
There is always somebody higher than the oppressors… and He sees everything.

Don’t Internalize the Sorcery of Racism

My recommendation is for everyone who is descended from Africa and doesn’t know exactly which tribe or nation is just to call themselves African- based, or African-American. To me that is important because it connects you to a land that God gave your forefathers, Not to a “race” caste-based system that was invented by wicked men to oppress you.

Freedom is found by continuing to mature in obedience to the Word of God. Liberty is found by following after the Holy Spirit – the Spirit of Liberty. You become a seed of Abraham and part of the blessing to all the families of the earth by believing in the Messiah Yeshua aka Jesus Christ – no matter what tongue, tribe, language or nation you descend from. We are all one Body in Christ.

Layers and Tones of REPENTANCE

Layers and Tones of REPENTANCE: Jesus preached Repentance to ALL – but his tone was always harsher to the oppressor than to the oppressed. He excoriated and embarrassed those who abused their religious and political and financial power. He even called them mean names sometimes. But to regular sinners He called them “sheep without shepherds,”and said: “Go and sin no more.”

Christians today have the opposite Spirit concerning repentance. Most are scared to preach repentance at all. They think grace means no confrontation with sin at all. The ones that do preach repentance are much quicker to assume the worst of those that are wounded, hurt, weak, and/or don’t know any better.

Unfortunately, most are scared to demand any accountability for the transgressions of those with the actual biblical knowledge & responsibility, or the actual governmental authority & finances to affect everyone. Honoring authority has never meant turning a blind eye to accountability.

Most are scared to confront the sins of the oppressor because they are rich and powerful. It’s so much easier to point out the sins of the weak who can’t buy lawyers or purchase manipulative media propaganda. A true prophetic voice does not turn a blind eye to the transgressions of the powerful and then throw stones at the weak and wounded.

Proverbs 31
8 Open thy mouth for the dumb
in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction.
9 Open thy mouth, judge righteously,
and plead the cause of the poor and needy.

Isaiah 11
2 and the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him,
the spirit of wisdom and understanding,
the spirit of counsel and might,
the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord;
3 and shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord:
and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes,
neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:
4 but with righteousness shall he judge the poor,
and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth:
and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth,
and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.

Luke 4
18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, 19 to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

Who is God Waiting For?

The church is waiting on the President to change and for sinners to change but we’re not looking for where we need to change.

If God only needed 10 righteous men to save Sodom and Gomorrah how many does he really need to save our communities and cities? And where are they?

We know how to receive prophets but do we know how to receive righteous men?

Matthew 10:41
He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward.

2 Chronicles 16
9 For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him…

2 Chronicles 7
14 if my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Understanding Gods Ways in the Kingdom of God

In order to walk in the fullness of the Kingdom of God you have to understand BOTH the everlasting power of the Blood Covenant in Christ, AND the immutable laws of Sowing and Reaping which is the key to the Kingdom. One without the other leaves you unbalanced and unable to fully walk with God.

Understanding Christ’s Blood Covenant helps you to understand love grace and mercy. Understanding the laws of Sowing and Reaping helps you understand love, repentance and obedience.

Jesus’s Response to Tragic Death

Luke 13

1There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.

2 And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?

3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

4 Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem?

5 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

Jesus’s response to Tragic Death

Just like they do today, people often want those who speak for the Lord to interpret someone’s death to mean that they were sinners “more than everyone else.”

Jesus knew this but Jesus never took the opportunity of someone’s death as a way to show that they were sinners “above all others.”

Jesus took the opportunity to say “No” to that question, and then to warn those who were living to repent because thy were headed in the exact same direction.

“NO that’s not why they died… But if you don’t repent you all will die the same way!” – Jesus

We don’t need to use anyone’s death as an opportunity to discuss their unrighteousness or righteousness in comparison to ours. We find a way to preach repentance to those who are living, because those who are living are headed for the exact same type of death.

In other places Jesus also ministered comfort, and/or resurrection in response to someone’s death. Jesus did this all for the glory of God.

Flies Chase Dead Bodies

When Myles Munroe died many jumped on the opportunity to say “he was a false teacher but we aren’t” “you shouldn’t even pray for people like that.” Their teaching is twice as false as his, IF his was.

When Mike Brown died many people took the opportunity to say “that’s what young thugs deserve…” No, that’s not what an unarmed man deserves, even if he was a thug.

This is not the way of the Lord. The way of the Lord doesn’t use opportunities to jump on and promote envy & strife between Calvinists & Charismatics, Liberals & Conservatives, Blacks & Whites, thugs & racists.

When you are on the Lord’s Side, you don’t take man’s side… you bring God’s correction to BOTH sides, you cause everyone that is STILL ALIVE to examine themselves, and you minister comfort to the hurting.

James 3
15 This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.

16 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.

17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

18 And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

Media & Entertainment works by drama and competition. The Lions vs the Bears, the Democrats vs the Republicans, east coast vs west coast, it’s all the same. Media hypocrites promote competition because they know it draws eyes and ears, it’s fleshly human nature.

When you represent the Lord, you don’t give one-sided takes for competition sake: you take the Lords side.

Wisdom based on competition and striving between “groups” on earth is fleshly and comes from below.

Wisdom that is from above is pure, peaceable, gentle, easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

That’s why Jesus said what He said in response to tragic deaths. This is important to understand as more and more tragedies begin to happen in these last days.

Yes, Jesus came the first time not to bring peace, but a sword, but Jesus name is the only thing that should divide us. Carnal issues should not divide us. We wrestle not against flesh & blood, but principalities and powers. Taking the Lords side is bringing repentance to all men.

Watch, and Pray, and CHANGE

If you are watching and praying, and paying attention to the news… especially to Israel (God’s prophetic calender)… then you know that God is ACCELERATING a lot of things spiritually. Make sure you watch and pray on a deeper level. Recommit your life to Jesus Christ.

But also, make sure that you are on the GOOD SIDE of the immutable laws of sowing and reaping. Change what you actually DO, amend your ways, and bring God the FRUITS of repentance. TODAY!

Daniel 4
27 Wherefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable unto thee, and break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by shewing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquility.

Luke 9
8 And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord: Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.
9 And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, for so much as he also is a son of Abraham.

What is Revival?

Revival is simply coming back to life by returning to the heart of God. It’s not always emotional, there are always simple practical decisions to make to bring forth the fruits of revival and repentance.

Don’t give Dialogue to people whose Life could be Saved with a Monologue

Don’t cast your pearls before swine, and don’t give dialogue to people whose life could be saved with a monologue:

“Stop sinning! God’s not a joke! God is not mocked! Give up iniquity! Your ruining your life! Your hurting people! Stop deceiving yourself! Stop lying!”

Repentance is Real and Specific

Repentance Preaching is not about being angry or negative. It’s about cutting all the way down to specific roots of iniquity and sin, uprooting them, and planting new seeds and growing specific new fruits of righteousness from the heart of God… For the benefit of God and all humans – in real life.

Matthew 3:10
And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

Kingdom Life in a Nutshell

Forgiveness from Jesus is for your past, obedience to Jesus is for your future.

Your repentance from hearing the Words of Jesus is for right now.

What’s the key to transitioning from the past into a kingdom future? What do I do now to change the past into the future? The missing link for most people is:

Repentance:
1. Hearing the Word of God and turning your heart to His
2. Changing your mind and actions according to the Word of God.
3. Bringing results of change according to the word of God, aka the fruits of repentance.
