IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO IDENTIFY A HEBREW?

TRUTH OVER LIES DAILY
Q: I heard someone say that’s impossible to identify a Hebrew based on skin color because they have been scattered to every nation. Therefore, over thousands of years, their descendents would be mixed with all races. The results would be Hebrews that look Black, White, Asian, Indian, Hispanic, etc.
A: If you do enough research, you can identify Hebrews by multiple things – History, Language, Genetics, Phenotypes, etc… There are many books written about the history of the people groups that were scattered from Israel and spread thru Africa to the West and Asia to the East and Europe to the North. I’m sure there was some mixing and blending along the way.
Off the top of your head, skin color is not a good indication of Hebrew heritage. But the notion that genetic mixing eliminates the identification of Scattered Hebrew tribes is COMPLETELY unscriptural. The Scriptures are clear that Israelites would awaken to their identity before Christ returns. So the primary way to identify Hebrews is Scriptural Prophecy mixed with Historical research and simple Observation.
Why would the Scriptures declare that a people group would awaken and be saved if that people group no longer exists?
Roman’s 11: 25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob
Isaiah 11: 11 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.12 And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.
Notice that it said that Judah was dispersed to the 4 corners of the earth.
Why would the Scriptures declare the regathering of a dispersed people if those people no longer existed?
Zephaniah 3: 10 From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering.
Notice that it said the dispersed were coming back from beyond the rivers of Ethiopia (that’s West, Central, and South Africa.
The reason why it’s difficult to identify Hebrews today is because they have been Sold, Scattered, Spiritually blinded, and removed from their heritage.
Jeremiah 17:4 And thou, even thyself, shalt discontinue from thine heritage that I gave thee; and I will cause thee to serve thine enemies in the land which thou knowest not: for ye have kindled a fire in mine anger, which shall burn for ever.
So common sense says if you see groups of people who have a history since AD 70 of being Scattered, Spiritually blinded, Captive, or don’t have a Heritage, or constantly have their heritage stolen from them… then you know these are more than likely either Jews.
If you see people that were Scattered hundreds of years before that, but fit all the same characteristics, they are more than likely Israelites (Ephraim and the other 10 tribes).
Hosea 9: 3 They shall not dwell in the LORD’s land; but Ephraim shall return to Egypt, and they shall eat unclean things in Assyria.
As I said the primary way to recognize is the Scriptural Prophecies.
Deuteronomy 28:68 And the Lord shall bring thee into Egypt again with ships, by the way whereof I spake unto thee, Thou shalt see it no more again: and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen, and no man shall buy you.
Joel 3:6 The children also of Judah and the children of Jerusalem have ye sold unto the Grecians, that ye might remove them far from their border
Who’s Known for Being Sold? Dispersed? Not having a Heritage?
There are only 2 ethnicities in the bible that God promised would be scattered and dispersed among the nations. Not conquesting, emigrating, or traveling and setting up shop – but forcefully scattered and dispersed. Those 2 nations are Israel and Egypt. The Egyptian Scattering ended in 40 years. Read Ezekiel 29:11-16.
Who’s Known for Being Scattered?
Who’s known for being Enslaved, Captive or Colonized, or Imprisoned?
Whose known for being gifted but blind to their own gifting and being used and exploited by others?
Who are the ONLY group of people around the world where atrocities have been committed against them, but no Reparations have been given?
These are the people that have been Scattered and removed from their heritage as a group.
The people that claim to be Jews but don’t have the prophetic history and signs of it are usually Judaistic converts.
Scripture shows that Ashkenazi Jewish are Gentile Converts:
Genesis 10: 2 The sons of Japheth; Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.3 And the sons of Gomer; Ashkenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah.4 And the sons of Javan; Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim. 5 By these were the isles of the Gentiles divided in their lands; every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations.
Scripture shows that Sephardic Jewish were converts from the Judean Captivity in Sepharad:
Obadiah 1: 20 And the captivity of this host of the children of Israel shall possess that of the Canaanites, even unto Zarephath; and the captivity of Jerusalem, which is in Sepharad, shall possess the cities of the south.
But whether you are a bloodline Jew, Hebrew, a Gentile, a mix, or a Judaistic convert… we all need the gospel of Jesus the Savior.
The good news is that thru the Gospel of the Kingdom, we all can be children of the promise by Faith and Obedience.
More Good news is that there is an Awakening happening and Scattered Hebrews are returning to the Commandments of the Father thru Faith in Jesus the Son of God.
This will continue to bring a great blessing to the world, but great judgement in those that refuse to repent and obey God.
