Jesus Christ, Man of Sorrow | Countdown to The Call Detroit 11-11-11: Day 11 –

Isaiah 53

1 Who has believed our report?
And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?
2 For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant,
And as a root out of dry ground.
He has no form or comeliness;
And when we see Him,
There is no beauty that we should desire Him.
3 He is despised and rejected by men,
A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief.
And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him;
He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.

Jesus Christ did not always have a happy life. Jesus Christ was not a handsome or attractive man. Jesus Christ was a sorrowful man, full of grief, rejected and despised.

 Sorrow:

Physical and mental pain

What was the sorrow of Christ?

The pain of Christ…You are being beaten, slapped, spat on, hated and cursed by those you are giving your life for? What was the sorrow of Christ? You spend years pouring yourself into a group of people who vow to follow you and be with you, and in your hour of need they all abandon you? What was the sorrow of Christ? Hours before you are captured, you crying out to God in great distress and pain, and your followers are asleep? What was the sorrow of Christ? Jerusalem, the people God had pursued for thousands of years, who waited for the Messiah, does not even receive or recognize Him, though He left the right hand of the Father to show them the way? What was the sorrow of Christ? Our sorrows that he carried.

Grief:

Sickness, disease, sadness, grief

What was the grief of Christ?

That He bore in His body the sins of the world. He was perfect and NEVER committed sin, yet he was beaten so badly he was disfigured more than any man…for your sin and mine. The cross He suffered allows our healing today. Our grief He bore.

 Isaiah 53

4Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

5But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

So we see that Jesus was full of sorrow, grief, rejection from those He came to save! Since Jesus had such a hard life, did He seek to make it better? Was He seeking and reading on how to have His best life now? No, even still Jesus sought to do the will of the Father.

John 4:34

34Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.

Matthew 8:16-18

16When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick:

17That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.

Jesus connection to the Father was so great, His love, devotion and faithfulness to Him were unmatched. He did all to please Him. This is our cue. We need not search out comfort, we need not search out vain and temporal happiness, but we have to seek the will of the Father, Jesus showed us the way.

After Christ’s obedience was fulfilled did He not rise with all power? Did He not have total victory over death, hell and the grave? Jesus is definitely not suffering any longer, He is seated on the right hand of the Father forever. We should not expect half the grief and sorrow that Christ suffered, and God does promise to take care of us, and reward us in this life AND in the life to come for the things we give up or loose for His sake. He also promises us Joy in our fruitfulness and says we can be of good cheer for He has overcome the world. But the principle is that we do not SEEK the pleasures of life, but the will of the Father, this is what Jesus did. He had the transgression of the entire world laid on Him, He did not seek to relieve Himself from it, but He sought how He might fulfill obedience to God’s purpose for His life. He sought how to fulfill the scriptures that had prophesied of Him. And even when Peter said with good intentions that Jesus should not suffer, trying to show Him comfort and pity, Jesus rebuked Him, called Him satan, and told Peter that he did not savor the things of God, but the things of man.

Matthew 16

21 From that time Jesus began to show to His disciples that He must go to Jerusalem, and suffer many things from the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised the third day.
22 Then Peter took Him aside and began to rebuke Him, saying, “Far be it from You, Lord; this shall not happen to You!”
23 But He turned and said to Peter, “Get behind Me, Satan! You are an offense to Me, for you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men.”

24 Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. 25 For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. 26 For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? 27 For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works.

Though Jesus had many sorrows we cannot even imagine, His focus was pleasing God, and His victory came from it, and will eternally spring from it as He receives His bride, and rules and reigns over heaven and earth eternally.

So we must follow suit and not look for the easy way, the comfortable way, but we must savor the things that be of God, working to fulfill God’s call, not our own desires.

The first commandment is to love God with all of our hearts, minds, souls and strength. And Jesus said if you love me you will keep my commandments. So let’s seek to fulfill this call, and victory will come from this, and the rewards will follow us from earth to glory.

 Jesus Christ man of sorrow.

Jesus Christ, victorious forever.

Dead Men’s Bones & Hypocrites Destroy the Legacy of the Next Generation | Countdown to The Call Detroit 11-11-11: Day 15 –

Dead Men’s Bones & Hypocrites Destroy the Legacy of the Next Generation

One of the stumbling blocks that God has shown must be removed in the Church is Dead Men’s Bones & Hypocrites. This is not really about who’s ministry is the most correct… this is about the children, and the next generation.

The Pharisees thought that they were righteous because they gave so much honor to the prophets of the past. But spiritually, they were prophet-killers, because they sought to kill the new message that God was bringing in their generation. In their zeal to protect and honor the old they destroyed their own legacy.

Dead Men’s Bones

for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness. 28 Even so ye also *outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. 29 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous, 30 And say , If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets. 31 Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets. Matthew 23

Jesus Christ is in charge of His Church. Holy Spirit is in charge of releasing fresh revelation of the Word in every generation. He reveals all truth (John 15). God’s mercy endures, His truth to all generations (Psalms 117).

17 Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break , and the wine runneth out , and the bottles perish : but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved . Matthew 9

New wine needs new wineskins. There are new movements, and therefore new organizations and organisms that God needs to build every generation. The new will not fit inside the old. But the new needs to honor the old, and the old needs to honor the new, so that both are preserved.

But unfortunately – in the history of the Church – new wineskins, new organizations, and new things that God is doing are attacked. Also, sometimes the new generation attacks the old.

51 Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye. 52 Which of the prophets have not your fathers persecuted ? and they have slain them which shewed before of the coming of the Just One; of whom ye have been now the betrayers and murderers: Acts 7

By worshipping dead men’s bones and resisting the Holy Ghost, you end up a spiritual murderer.

Hypocrite – What you become when you resist the Holy Ghost

Jesus called the Pharisees hypocrites because they were actors.

 Hypocrite:

  • one who answers, an interpreter
  • an actor, stage player
  • a dissembler, pretender, hypocrite

24 Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel. 25 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess. 26 Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also. 27 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! Matthew 23

When you worship dead men’s bones, and resist the Holy Ghost (what God is doing now), you end up just delivering lines with no real life in them. You end up being an actor. There’s no spiritual life in it – its just acting – so you end up dirty inside.

As I have been planning for my family and raising my first son, God has shown me that I need to pass on to my family more than what I know, and the doctrine I know. I need to pass on a hunger for God’s Spirit and what He is always currently doing. I don’t want my grandchildren worshipping my dead bones, or the dead bones of the founder of any church, denomination, or movement… because if so, they will end up spiritually dead and deaf to what God is doing in their generation.

You need an understanding of the Word and an Awareness of what the Holy Spirit did and is doing in every generation. A true spiritual legacy is humility and a hunger for the Word and Spirit of God. My children won’t survive on my revelation. They may die if that’s all they get, because the times will have changed.

21 As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the LORD; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed’s seed, saith the LORD, from henceforth and for ever. Isaiah 59

Believe God for the Word and Spirit to fall on each generation. God will always do new things. The hearts of the fathers must turn to the children, and the hearts of the children must turn to the fathers (Malachi 4).

Let’s repent for worshipping dead men’s bones and resisting the Holy Ghost. Let’s repent for being actors with more allegiance to organizations and forms than to God. Let’s also honor the prophets and fathers of the past, but build upon what God showed them by digging into God right now.

Bringing Down Dividing Walls of Hostility | Countdown to The Call Detroit 11-11-11: Day 16 –

Bringing Down Dividing Walls of Hostility

We are still on 8 mile & Lahser everyday, from 2pm – 3pm, speaking, praying, singing, and declaring that Jesus Christ is bringing down the dividing walls of hostility between Jew & Gentile, Black & White, Baptist & Pentecostal, Calvinist and Charismatic, and every other unecessary division in our region. We are praying that God would continue to desegregate His Church so that we can show the world that He sent Jesus (John 17).

13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. 14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; 15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one *new man, so making peace; 16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby *: 17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. 18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. Ephesians 2

Jesus Christ is slaying the enmity and breaking down the middle walls of partition in His Church. He is making His body one. His Body will no longer be dismembered, but remembered. We will remember and rightly discern the Lord’s Body. I can’t wait for the day when Sunday morning is not the most racially divided day of the week! God also wants to desegregate denominations, organizations, and movements. We are praying these mysteries into our region everyday!

There is coming a time when we will understand our different callings, and honor our different callings. There is coming a time very soon when we will play our different roles as ONE team, not team vs team. When Jesus is lifted high, and everyone’s eye is on Him, this will happen.

God also is uniting Jew and Gentile. God is raising up African, European, Asian, Native American, and Middle Eastern Believers who will see Jews as potential family members, while the world is persecuting them. Jews will join Gentiles as one new man in Christ, when the Church begins to take up the same burden and passion that Paul had in Romans 11 – to see the Jews saved. They will pray for them, love them, and preach to them until the work is done. Then when the Jews are saved, Jesus the Messiah will come on back to take over the earth, and we can get on with the Universe!

Let it be so now! Come quickly Lord Jesus, Amen.

Destroying Dogs and Wolfpacks in the Church | Countdown to The Call Detroit 11-11-11: Day 21 –

Destroying Dogs and Wolfpacks in the Church

What animal walks around with their tongues out and their mouths open? Gotta be dogs.

1 Deliver me from mine enemies , O my God: defend me from them that rise up against me. 2 Deliver me from the workers of iniquity, and save me from bloody men...6 They return at evening: they make a noise like a dog, and go round about the city. 7 Behold, they belch out with their mouth: swords are in their lips: for who, say they, doth hear ? Psalms 59

2 Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision. Phillipians 3

David had dogs persecuting him. Paul had people following him around speaking negatively about his ministry. Jesus talked about dogs as well (Psalms 22). These people who used their tongues and their mouths for evil were called dogs several times in scriptures. Don’t be a dog! Use your tongue for blessing and not cursing.

What animal hunts and maraudes as a group? Gotta be wolves.

15 Beware *of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Matthew 7

29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Acts 20

Wolves are similar to dogs… they followed Paul’s team in packs. They took it as their responsibility to discredit and steal his ministry fruit.

We don’t need any more wolf packs in the church – ministries who’s specialty is tearing down and stealing from other ministries. This is part of division and denominational divides. How often have you heard preachers that always have to diss the “big church” or the “small church” or the “baptists” or the “charismatics” or “those calvinists” or “those noncalvinists.” Its useless to tear down our brothers instead of build them up.

Its okay to reprove the works of darkness (Ephesians 5), but when we don’t speak for God we turn into dogs and wolves. Speaking for God involves Gods timing, Gods place, Gods responsibility, Gods Scripture, and Gods attitude. Its not dragging peoples name down behind their back. Let’s bind up the dogs and wolves within the Church, and lets loose a culture of:

– thanksgiving to others for what they have done,

– honoring others for who they are (not for who they aren’t),

– blessing others for the good qualities they have

– praying for others, and

– interceding for any of their deficiencies that we may notice.

Sometimes we think that God is like us, that our opinions are His. But His ways and thoughts are higher than ours.

19 Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit. 20 Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother’s son. 21 These things hast thou done , and I kept silence ; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes. Psalms 50

The gang violence of the city is a direct responsibility of the churches’ dog and wolf-pack violence of the tongue. What we loose on earth is loosed in the atmosphere (Matthew 16). Our racial tension and division is a direct result of the churches dog talk induced division. iRepent for using my tongue like a dog.

What we bind on earth is bound in the atmosphere. We need to repent, guard our tongues, and bring down the authority of the dogs and the wolfpacks in the Church. No more barking! We are made in God’s image, not dogs.

If My People: The Cry and the Joy | Countdown to The Call Detroit 11-11-11: Day 22 –

If My People – The Cry and the Joy

As we prepare for the Call 11-11-11 National Solemn assembly in Detroit, we want to pray that it would really be Solemn. We are praying that God would release a Cry for the Abominations we have done.

The key to turning a nation is in God’s people turning our hearts back to God. Sometimes we aren’t even aware of the sins that we have committed. We think that how we live and what we do as the Church is normal and Godly. A messenger of God, that will boldly and gently point out the specific sins and errors that we don’t yet recognize, is a crucial component of any revival and awakening that God seeks to bring to a people.

14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray , and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7

We know this scripture back and forth, but what is missing? We gather to pray and we have more pictures than prayers. We have gatherings that are everything but solemn, and we have a Church culture that glosses over and covers up sins, rather than exposing them so that we can cry or feel emotion over them. This stops us from turning to God from the heart. God is going to turn this type of Church culture on its head.

When Does the Joy Come?

7 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth , more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need *no repentance. Luke 15

Is there anyone in the Church who is perfect, and “needs no repentance?” We are righteous by the blood of Christ, but when we really seek God and observe His ways, oftentimes we will find items where we need repentance. GOD in heaven has joy when those who have sinned repent and turn their heart to God.

We need to take part in the full emotion and personality of God. Full joy, full celebration, partying, music and dancing (Luke 15), but ONLY after we receive full vision, full disgust, crying and sadness over sin, and turning. No its not bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia. Its abandoning our soul to Him and being filled with the Word and Spirit of God.

Daniel 9: iRepent | Countdown to The Call Detroit 11-11-11: Day 23 –

iRepent

We have been doing a series of events leading up to the Call called iRepent. We will be seeking to achieve the great repentance that is necessary to turn our city and nation around. Through the past couple of years, my wife and I have been shown – thru dreams, real life experiences, and by scriptures – the main principalities and powers that dominate our city and prevent revival and awakening in America. The Church is completely responsible, because Christ gave  us  all of the authority. So we have to turn our hearts to God in order to excercise that authority correctly.

One of the main points that God keeps emphasizing is that Daniel turned a nation repenting and praying all by himself! He saw what was happening according to scripture. He responded in fasting, prayer, sackloth and ashes. God responded by sending Him one of the highest ranking angels. God used His response of faith and humility to get His will done on earth. He also revealed to Daniel even more mysteries for further down the line of history.

Read Daniel 9.

Some of the main points:

Daniel got deep revelation of scripture. – Daniel responded to the Word of God with fear and trembling. He dove so deep into it that he realized it was time for its fullfillment. Then He responded with full knowledge of the seriousness of what Israel had done, knowing all the sins they have committed and how serious they were. He didn’t gloss over anything, because He understood the book of Jeremiah and the Torah.

Daniel knew His role. – Daniel understood the God/Man partnership. God is Sovereign and Man has been given authority. He knew He was responsible to pray into the will of God. He knew God presented His word not just to be heard, but to be interacted with, and engaged in, and acted upon.

Daniel repented by himself! – One man turned a nation by repentance, prayer, sackcloth, and ashes. What can you do by yourself to turn your city or nation to God and have the highest ranking angels fight for God’s will, and trumpet a message in response to your words?

Daniel repented for things he didn’t even do. – Daniel repented on behalf of his whole nation and took responsibility. Oftentimes its our little sins that allow the world to release big sins against us. We give the devil an inch in us, and that gives him a mile in the culture, and he can send his enemies after you according to what you did. But you can even turn your heart to God concerning the things you didn’t do. You can sigh and cry and fast and pray for any abominations done, and God will respond and reward you.

Daniel repented physically as well as spiritually. – Daniel understood the principle “First the Natural, then the Spiritual.” He didn’t just pray it and say it. It got deep in his mind, and then it changed his emotions as well. Then he changed his clothes from fancy clothes to rags (sackcloth). He put dust on his face (ashes). He stopped eating pleasant food, choosing to avoid meats, sweets, and maybe even bread (Daniel 11 fast). Maybe he only ate raw food for a time (Daniel 1 fast). He may have even went all-water for a couple of days (water fast). He got physical with his turning to God.

God responded with power, authority, affection and revelation. – Power – the nation was set in path to fulfill Jeremiah and return to Jerusalem. Authority – one of the highest ranking angels, Gabriel came to Him personally. Affection – He was called beloved of God. Revelation – he ended up with further knowledge of God’s mystery and plan.

Mark the Ones Who Cry… | Countdown to the Call Detroit 11-11-11: Day 25 –

Mark the Ones Who Cry

Ezekiel 9

1He cried also in mine ears with a loud voice, saying, Cause them that have charge over the city to draw near, even every man with his destroying weapon in his hand.

2And, behold, six men came from the way of the higher gate, which lieth toward the north, and every man a slaughter weapon in his hand; and one man among them was clothed with linen, with a writer’s inkhorn by his side: and they went in, and stood beside the brasen altar.

 3And the glory of the God of Israel was gone up from the cherub, whereupon he was, to the threshold of the house. And he called to the man clothed with linen, which had the writer’s inkhorn by his side;

4And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.

5And to the others he said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity:

6Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house.

Where are those in God’s house wo will cry out? Who will literally cry for the abominations done in His sanctuary? For the unclean being called clean? The church celebrates while “gospel” singers and choirs sing with worldly purposes. Who is going to cry out for homosexuality being tolerated in the church? For the fornication that is tolerated and covered up for in the church? For the children that are neglected and left to the school system and entertainment to raise? Where is the CRY?!

We as the body of Christ MUST be sensitive to the heart of God, loving what He loves and hating what He hates. In Ezekiel 9 those who were troubled by the ungodliness going on in God’s house, those who cried about it, who lamented over it, who hurt over it, they were sealed from destruction. Why? Because they took the time to seek and know God, loving God’s commands and hating the ways of the flesh. Those who knew of the abominations, who saw the evil happening in God’s temple, but who did not cry, who were indifferent, who pretended not to see, not to know, they were given over to destruction. Where are those who CRY?!

Our young people are being taken from the church to the world, before our eyes…WHERE IS THE CRY?!

Our marriage covenants are being broken, God hates divorce….WHERE IS THE CRY?!

Pastors are preacing and teaching false doctrine and we eat it…WHERE IS THE CRY?!

Fasting and prayer and studying God’s word is the ONLY way to have your eyes open to the truth, to know God’s heart, to understand the seriousness of the hour. According to Psalms 19, in order to see our sin, we must know and treasure God’s law, testimonies, statutes, commandment, fear of God, and God’s judgements. Then we will see our errors, and be cleansed from secret faults, and sin will not have dominion over us.

Isaiah 58

6Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

7Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?

8Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy reward.

 9Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity;

10And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noon day:

11And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.

12And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

13If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:

14Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

We Are Responsible for Abortion (The Judas Kiss) | Countdown to the Call Detroit 11-11-11: Day 27 –

We Are Responsible for Abortion

We spoke a message at the last iRepent event at Friday, about repenting from the pragmatism of Judas. Pragmatism is a philosophy that severely overdoes practical thinking – to the point of betraying God to do what we think will work. Judas’s pragmatism was the driving force of his betrayal of Christ. He wanted to get his will done his way. He wanted control. He ended up being instrumental in God’s will, but on the wrong side. “Woe to him by whom he is betrayed.”

22 And truly the Son of man goeth , as it was determined : but woe unto that man by whom he is betrayed !

How do we Judas-Kiss Jesus?

We betray God’s purpose for our single lives when we live for ourselves. When we date around and do frivolous things that don’t produce disciples for Christ, or Godly marriages for the Kingdom of God. (1 Cor 7)

We betray God’s purpose for our families when we decide not to allow God to produce the Godly seed that He desires. We believe the lie that children are a loss, when God says they are a blessing, a profit. (Malach 2, Ps 127)

We betray God’s purpose for our ministries when we change our message to fit the people, instead of changing the people to fit the message, the Word of God. (Luke 3)

We betray God’s purpose for the Church when we live in isolation instead of breaking of bread and fellowship, doing life together. (Act 2)

We betray the purpose of God’s House when we allow it to be a place where thieves can hide, instead of a House of Prayer for every ethnic group. (John 2)

God still gets His purpose done anyway, but woe to the person used by satan to betray the will of God. God has enough mercy to cover us, but only if we turn our hearts completely back to Him.

So, how are we responsible for abortion? The Church has all authority in heaven and on earth. If its bound, it’s because we bound it. If its loose, it’s because we loosed it.

How did abortion get loosed by the Church?

Lookup The Negro Project and Margaret Sanger. When satan planted Darwinism and Eugenics into society, and used white racism and fear to try and destroy the black race, where did he send his messenger? To the Church. Margaret Sanger went to the Churches with a message of pragmatism, family planning, and birth control. She convinced black pastors that family planning was the way to prosperity and respect. They loosed it in the Church, and a few decades later, abortion was legalized in the government.

It was the Judas in us that is responsible for abortion. We betrayed God’s purpose for our families out of fear. Instead of God’s plan, and God’s control, we were duped into accepting our own planning and our own control. Satan got an inch (family planning and birth control) in the Church, and through our authority, he took a mile (legalized abortion) in the culture. This lie is so pervasive that, even now, we think God is going to give us too many children if we don’t prevent Him. God knows exactly how many children we need and how to provide for them. Several families in the bible only had 2, or 1 child. Some had 15. Each one is a profit, not a loss.

How much witty invention and financial provision will God release to those committed to His planning and under His control? The Duggars have 19 children, and have plenty of resources and businesses, 0 debt, plus they make nearly million dollars every season while the world watches them glorify God! Im not saying that everyone is called to be like Jim Bob or Michelle Duggar; but we must be open to giving God control. Us and the children the Lord has given us are for signs and wonders to the earth Isaiah 8:18. The disciples got the riches of the Holy Ghost. Judas got nothing.

We must repent for being responsible for allowing and loosing the mentality that is the seedbed of abortion. Let us never betray God’s purposes! It’s a waste of time to blame the government when all the responsiblity and authority has been given to us. Lord we turn our hearts back to you!

The Key to Economic Development in Detroit

10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. Proverbs 9

wisdom: chokmah

wisdom

  1. skill (in war)
  2. wisdom (in administration)
  3. shrewdness, wisdom
  4. wisdom, prudence (in religious affairs)
  5. wisdom (ethical and religious)

12 I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions. 13 The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate . Proverbs 8

The fear of the Lord is to hate evil. Hating evil gives you wisdom.

Wisdom is skill and creativity in problem solving.

Wisdom with prudence finds out knowledge of witty inventions, and new creativity.

The key to Detroit’s economic development is the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom. We need to have people who are afraid of God’s judgements so that they will do what’s right instead of do what’s wrong. We need people who don’t want to hurt people or harm God’s earth, because those people will get wisdom to create products that will benefit the community, not harm it.

Anything less is just a scam. Most of the foolish recent economic developments are not based in the fear of the Lord, or wisdom, so they end up causing destruction. We don’t need an economy based on alcohol, bars, pharmakeia, drugs, and witchcraft. We don’t need an economy based on casinos and lotteries, and scamming the poor. We don’t need an economy based on wicked music that worships idols. We don’t need cut-throat babylon businessmen and lawyers who make their money by stealing, lying, and conniving – whether it be legal or illegal. We don’t need businessmen that are psychopaths, justifying their desires, externalizing the consequences, and not caring who they hurt on the way. We don’t need economic developments in slavery, usury, fraud, ponzi schemes, or deceit.

We need real inventors with real wisdom. But as long as we don’t fear the Lord, we will lack wisdom, and there will be a continued downward spiral in the economy. Yeah some wicked men might get rich, but they will find out soon that they lost their soul because they abused the poor. But those that fear the Lord will always increase in wisdom, and they will come out on top in the end. They will solve problems with prudence and get new witty inventions based on creativity from the Creator.

Let’s pray for the FEAR OF THE LORD to spread like wildfire across our City. Let’s pray that men would begin to fear God’s judgements, and adjust their lives immediately, every day. Let’s pray for a conviction on the preaching of the Word that would make people tremble because they realize that the Word of God is not just a collection of practical suggestions, but the very sword of God that will hurt them if they are on the wrong side of it. If we fear and respect and reverence God, He will come closer to us, and we will find His mercy and love. Then we will see lasting economic development.

Apostasy is Divorce | Countdown to The Call Detroit 11-11-11: Day 34 –

Apostasy – The Roots of Divorce in the Church

God said let no man separate what God put together. God is witness with us and our wives, because of the covenant promises we make before Him. God hates divorce.

14 Yet ye say , Wherefore? Because the LORD hath been witness between thee and the wife of thy youth, against whom thou hast dealt treacherously : yet is she thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant. 15 And did not he make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit. And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his youth. 16 For the LORD, the God of Israel, saith that he hateth putting away : for one covereth violence with his garment, saith the LORD of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not treacherously Malachi 2

So why is divorce so common in the church? I learned something yesterday that blew my mind. Just as we learned about Jezebel, and how adultery and fornication is spiritual, as well as natural. “First the Natural, then the Spiritual. (1 Corinthians 15)” Well look at the definitionof apostasy.

Apostasia: a falling away, defection, apostasy.

“The Greek word Apostosia comes from the root word
Apostasion meaning “divorce.”  Those who
fall into apostasy are divorced from God.”

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed , the son of perdition; 2 Thessalonians 2

So “falling away” from God (apostasy) and “putting away” (divorce) are closely related.  So now we have an insight into why there is so much divorce in the Church. Because some of us have fallen away from God. The natural reflects the spiritual.

The mercy of the Lord endures forever, so believe me I’m not trying to condemn anyone who has ever had a divorce. I’m just trying to hear what God is saying and make a spiritual connection that will give us wisdom on the decisions we make. Could the root of divorce in the Church be false doctrine in the Church, and a falling away from God? If I’m contemplating divorce, is there false doctrine in my life that has caused me to fall away from God first? Is the rate of divorce in the Church evidence that we are in the middle of the great falling away already? If my spiritual leader is divorcing his wife, has he divorced God already too? Should I follow someone who has divorced God? Hmm… lets turn our wheels and keep our eyes open. Let’s keep our hearts married to God, then our marriages will be better and stronger for it.

Shot out to my wife Shereena! I love you – divorce was never and will never be an option:-) Because we love Jesus first!

Let’s turn our hearts back to God!

We will be seeking to achieve the great repentance that is necessary to turn our city and nation around at DaHOP on Friday nights. Join us. Daniel turned a nation repenting and praying all by himself! So if 3 of you come and join us on Fridays leading up to The Call and join us at The Call in TRUE REPENTANCE…. What could happen in our nation?
