The FIRST iniquity is to DOUBT that Word of God is effective, beneficial, and WORTH obeying.
As soon as you DON’T believe in God, you START to believe in YOURSELF: elevating your prideful and conceited thoughts about yoursef above HIS good and realistic thoughts about your place in life.
Genesis 3:3-5
[3]But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
