How can you rebel against God and expect to be delivered from the devil?
Rebellion against God gives you over TO the devil.

Sometimes our hearts are resistant to the wrong things.
We resist God, then try to resist the devil too.
The spiritual realm doesn’t work like that.
You have to submit to God first. Then you will have the power to resist the devil and the devil’s works.
James 4:7
SUBMIT yourselves therefore to God. RESIST the devil, and he will flee from you.
