Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Hope is very important to have but hope is for things that aren’t seen.

Hope is a stepping stone that should be used to take Steps of Preparation.

PREPARATION is the HIGHEST form of FAITH.

I can hope to be healthy but if I don’t prepare my vegetables, prepare my eating schedule, and prepare my exercise… I am not putting any faith toward being healthy.

The things that we hope for are the things we should prepare for. Preparation is when it becomes real.

Faith is when you PREPARE to see the things that are not seen turn into a real substance.

Hebrews 11:⁷ By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, PREPARED an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he CONDEMNED the world, and BECAME HEIR OF the RIGHTEOUSNESS which is BY FAITH.

I can hope to not go to hell but if I don’t prepare my life to be obedient to the gospel, and prepare to meet my eternal judge, hope won’t do anything for me. You need faith to please God. Your faith is shown by your preparation.

Hebrews 11:⁶ But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
