Once the truth has been spoken, the lie has expired. Gods authority has been excercised, and it becomes a complete waste of time and energy to invest in the lie.

Get on board with the truth instead of wasting time trying to resist, suppress, supplant, or replace it.

You pay dearly for every TRUTH you ignore because it reveals your integrity and accelerates the testing of your character.

instead of pride try obedience to market yourself

Its hard to mix pride with obedience. We are unprofitable servants just doing our duty.
 
Luke 17:10
So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.
 
If you are in ministry, that is your marketing message: “We are unprofitable servants doing our duty.”

emotional responses to the Word are not good – reason together

Emotional reactions to those that try to speak for the Lord are not useful. Instead of despising those that preach or prophesy, try to test and prove out the words they say. Don’t be emotional, use reasoning skills and abstain from things that appear evil.
1 Thessalonians 5

20 Despise not prophesyings.

21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.

22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.

the fruit of adultery, divorce, polygamy

You Don’t have to argue with the ignorant about what the bible says on adultery, divorce, polygamy, etc…
All you have to do is look at the intergenerational results and understand Gods laws of seed time & harvest. You can see the unintended results of multiple wives & adultery in Abraham, Jacob, David, Solomon, Genesis 6, Malachi 2, etc…

 

God does not necessarily spell everything out in the Bible. Sometimes he just tells a story and displays the results of peoples’ actions contrasted With His commands. You have to read the Bible with an open heart and an honest heart to understand his ways.

 

The harvest of adultery & polygamy is intergenerational violence and iniquity. Cry out to the Lord for Mercy and He will answer.

 

Exodus 20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

Jesus taught that satan can’t cast out satan, and if you call the deliverance work of the Holy Spirit satanic, your children will judge you for it.
 
Matthew 12
 
26 And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand?
 
27 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? therefore they shall be your judges.
 
 
Jesus also taught that blaspheming the Holy Spirit is the only sin that will never be forgiven.

31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.

When God wants change he calls for self sacrifice not self preservation

Spiritual Vision and Wisdom will cause you to invest in your own demise when God calls it for the greater good. John the Baptist said “I must decrease”, Jesus said “the Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of men.”
Every major stage of growth in the kingdom of God begins with God giving someone a vision of self-sacrifice instead of self-preservation.

This doesn’t mean commit suicide but it does mean sometimes we need to let our names and reputations die so that Gods word can be magnified.

Lucifer was the first Christian artist to make it big secular by taking the gifts and talents honed in Gods presence, and changing the worship of God to the worship of self. It’s not that hard to do at all, it’s actually older than time and easy as pie.

The first person in history to risk it all for freedom from rules, laws, and restrictions – his name is Lucifer. Satan is our generation’s greatest hero.
