WHAT ARE GROUNDS FOR DIVORCE?
#TOLD
TRUTH OVER LIES DAILY

Q: So what are grounds for divorce?

A: The first grounds for divorce (if you were living in the Biblical Israelite Nation) is that if your spouse was found fornicating in the betrothal (engagement) period. Marrying a virgin was important to men in that nation.

So if you were engaged to a wife and she lied about being a virgin, you could divorce her on the wedding night. This is found in Deuteronomy 22:13-17, Matthew 5:32, and the example is found in Matthew 1 with Mary and Joseph.

Joseph almost divorced Mary for this reason, but an angel appeared to him to assure him that Mary was not a fornicator.

The second grounds for divorce is if “some uncleanness” is found in her. The Hebrew says “dabar erwah” which means “commandment of nakedness.” The “commandment of nakedness” is speaking about incest, aka “uncovering the nakedness” of a family member.

This means if you married someone and you found out later that it was your cousin, you could divorce her. But you couldn’t take her back if her 2nd husband later divorced her for “hardness of heart” (aka I hate her) and gave her a big cash settlement.

Other than those two things (engagement fornication and uncleanness aka incest), only a hard heart (I hate him/I hate her) is grounds for divorce, see Mark 10:5.

Unforgiveness and Hatred is the grounds for most divorces of today.

The problem is: if you don’t forgive others from their sins, God won’t forgive you of your sins.

Separation is an option if there is abuse or abandonment (1 Cor. 7:15).

However in God’s eyes the covenant is not over until physical death.

Separation is not a release from the covenant. Separation means “remain unmarried, or be reconciled”. See 1 Cor 7:11. Remarriage is still adultery in God’s eyes.

A hard heart (unforgiveness and hatred) is not a good thing.

Abuse and abandonment is not a good thing either. These are sad situations – but adultery is worse.

The 7th commandment of Yahuah is: Thou shalt not commit adultery.

No one has to stay in abuse, but they do have to remain unmarried if separated from their covenant.

1 Cor. 7:11 But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.

The Kingdom allows for separation but it does not allow for remarriage, not until the original spouse is dead (Romans 7:2, 1 Cor 7:39).

Romans 7: 2 For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.

1 Corinthians 7: 39 The wife is bound by the law as long as her husband liveth; but if her husband be dead, she is at liberty to be married to whom she will; only in the Lord.

However the gospel of Christ is still powerful. Everyone has a right to repent and live free from sin! Beautiful grace.

Unwanted celibacy isn’t fun. But believers don’t live for sexual pleasure, we live for Yah by the grace of Yahusha.

Believers that choose to live celibate for the Lord due to unfortunate circumstances can greatly accelerate revival, increase the spread the gospel, or hasten the coming of Messiah by continuing in holiness, prayer, and fasting. Sometimes our failure can be an opportunity to be used to advance the kingdom.

FALSE PROPHETS WITH SMOOTH WORDS FOR NEW YEARS? #TOLD

FALSE PROPHETS WITH SMOOTH WORDS FOR NEW YEARS?
#TOLD
TRUTH OVER LIES DAILY

Q: Reading Jeremiah 23 and wanted your thoughts. The Lord talking about false prophets and verse 16 is where I had a question. So every new years these pastors give messages that this is the year of such and such. Without sowing there is no harvest. So how can this be a year of whatever is said if there is no seed in the ground for it? Do you understand my question?

A: Here’s the Scripture in question:

Jeremiah 23: 14 I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none doth return from his wickedness; they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah.
15 Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets; Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the water of gall: for from the prophets of Jerusalem is profaneness gone forth into all the land.
16 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD.

It’s interesting you brought that scripture up because I was just looking at it for another reason.

I get your question. A lot of times pastors may have a prophetic Word or sense what the Spirit is doing for the obedient.

Then we may present the Word to the public without differentiating that the word of blessing is conditional to the obedient.

But in reality, every prophetic judgement is 2-sided. There is a reward side and a punishment side… depending on your works and the seed you’ve sown prior to the prophetic declaration.

I believe it can be more effective and balanced to teach God’s word and give understanding of the eternal laws of sowing and reaping along with the prophetic Word in it’s season.

So in Jeremiah 23 he’s referring to pastors and prophets who refuse to give people understanding and a balanced prophetic word of reward and judgement.

A lot of times its tempting to give people the positive side of everything so they will listen to you and like you instead of giving them the realness that they need.

Young Believers: Don’t Let Winds of Doctrine Toss You Back & Forth

right left ditches meme 2
One sad pattern that I’ve noticed over the years is the winds of doctrine that blow back & forth every few years, deceiving young believers.
The Charismaniacs will put out a passionate but deceiving documentary (Bethel’s Father of Lights) to sway young people to pay for their schools and follow their artists’ and preachers movements.
A few years later the Calvinists will put out an excellent but deceiving documentary (American Gospel) to sway young people to pay for their seminaries and follow their artists’ and preachers’ movements.
The formats may change, but these movements have been going back & forth for generations. It’s very sad to watch young believers swing back & forth, from one error to the other.
These leaders are crafty and they know how to use Entertainment, Media, and Art to appeal to the senses and deceive young believers into fleshly doctrine battles instead of simple discipleship and obedience to the way of the Kingdom.
Its okay to be young and learn these lessons… We have all been there 🙋🏾‍♂️… but by the time you become a productive adult you should be finished with the deceivers Tossing You Back & Forth. We need the Spirit AND the Word to produce the Fruits of Obedience to the Gospel of the Kingdom.
Ephesians 4: 14 That we henceforth be NO MORE CHILDREN, TOSSED TO AND FRO, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning CRAFTINESS, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
15 But SPEAKING THE TRUTH IN LOVE, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
One side places their THOUGHTS above God’s Thoughts.
The other side places their WAYS above God’s Ways.
The problem is, the fruit on both sides is rotten over the long term. Young believers don’t know this so they fall victim to this deception and fail to produce the fruit that God desires for their generation.
Isaiah 55:7 Let the wicked FORSAKE HIS WAY, and the unrighteous man HIS THOUGHTS: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are MY WAYS HIGHER THAN YOUR WAYS, and MY THOUGHTS THAN YOUR THOUGHTS.
We cannot continue to follow deceivers who are not mature enough to FORSAKE THEIR WAYS AND FORSAKE THEIR THOUGHTS.
– Creative pride cannot replace true doctrine and humility.
– Intellectual pride, Theological debate, and Oratory Performance cannot replace humble action & obedience to the gospel.
– Jesus never charged for discipleship or created Seminaries.
– Jesus never charged for concerts or discipled Entertainers.
– False Grace cannot replace Repentance and Obedience to the Gospel, Commandments, and New Covenant Ordinances of Jesus – True Grace.
– Signs & wonders & Fake love cannot replace Repentance and Obedience to the Gospel, Commandments, and New Covenant Ordinances of Jesus – True Love.
Young Believer I want to let you know that Calvinism & Cessationism are just as much “Doctrines of Demons” as the Charismaniac Covetousness, Selfishness & Spiritual Disorder are.
Again I’m not condemning ANYONE for being young while you learn these lessons… but just make sure you grow up and produce fruit when your time comes.
Find the narrow road of Holiness. Jesus is the Light of the World. Follow Jesus and Keep God’s Commandments.
Rev 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints, that keep the Commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

DO I HAVE TO PRAY FOR MY EX? #TOLD

DO I HAVE TO PRAY FOR MY EX?

TRUTH OVER LIES DAILY

Q: Hello Brother Sos. I pray all is well with you and your family. I have a question being divorced, I know I am to continue praying for my ex spouse to be reconciled back to God. But does that mean I have to also pray for him to be reconciled to me?

A: The best thing would be to pray for both, because that would mean you have forgiven him fully and you don’t want him to be in adultery. For him to marry someone else would be adultery for him.

But don’t feel pressure to pray both things at once. Maybe first pray that he gets saved. Then his heart will be ready to repent. Then pray for your marriage to be restored after that.

But Gods full will is the restoration of ALL things. He is still your covenant husband as long as he and you are both alive.

SAVING LIVES FROM COVID-19 DEATH

The most popular Natural cure for Coronavirus is Vitamin C & Zinc. Ask your natural health practitioner or doctor and check here for a grocery list. Check here for tips on building your immune system.

The most popular Medical cure for Coronavirus is Hydrochloroquine and Zinc. Ask your doctor about it.

There is even a Natural form of Hydrochloroquine (where they derived it from) called Quinine. Its in the tonic water that they served at bars with mixed drinks. You could even put it in a smoothie. I found it at Target back in April.

This information has been out since April!

There is no argument.
There is no narrative.
There is no rap battle going on here.
This is Reality.

Peoples lives have been saved with Vitamin C. Is it true, or is it a lie? Do people have a right to try it? Yes.

People’s lives have been saved with Hydrochloroquine. Is it true, or is it a lie? Do people have a right to try it? Yes.

Period and end of story!

But obviously there is an information suppression campaign designed to spread fear instead of solutions. Clinics and Doctors that use these solutions are being shutdown by the FDA, thteatened by the FTC, fact checked and suppressed by lying algorithms… etc.

But lies don’t last forever!

BUT I THOUGHT THERE WAS NO CURE FOR COVID-19?

Just like they developed the new virus by modifying the old virus… and they are developing the new vaccine using the base of the old vaccine…

Its also possible to develop our use of new natural remedies based on the old natural remedies that worked.

Therefore, it’s also possible to develop new medical solutions based on the old medical solutions that work with that family of viruses.

This is logical common sense.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO COVET? #TOLD

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO COVET?
#TOLD
TRUTH OVER LIES DAILY

Q: What does it mean to covet? I’m trying to understand deeper

A: To covet is to desire. But here are the three levels to help you understand deeper:

1. To desire (covet) is ok. It’s good to have a healthy desire for what God has given you using his grace.

Proverbs 18:1 Through desire a man, having separated himself, seeketh and intermeddleth with all wisdom.
Proverbs 21:20 There is treasure to be desired and oil in the dwelling of the wise; but a foolish man spendeth it up.

2. To desire (covet) what someone else has is sin (10th Commandment). (Exodus 20)
Exodus 20: 17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s.

3. To have a strong, excess, desire for more and more is idolatry (covetousness).
1 Timothy 6:9 But they that will [covet to] be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
Colossians 3:5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
