Judaizers and Romanizers both Lose::: Every New Covenant Apostle had an endless battle to win on 2 sides:
Side 1: Judaizers – FALSE APOSTLES who wanted to subject and subvert New Covenant Believers into the Israelite cultural laws: Abrahamic circumcision, ceremonial ordinances and feasts, Mosaic laws for transgression, and the sacrifice of animals (laws that were exceeded and superceded in the death of the Lamb and the Resurrection of the Lion of Judah – YAHSHUA).
Galatians 4:9 But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?
10 Ye observe days, and months, and times, and years.
11 I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain.
Colossians 2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the [ceremonial] sabbath days:
17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
Side 2: Romanizers who wanted to use grace as a license to sin (transgress the moral law of YAHUAH – the 10 Commandments). These FALSE APOSTLES were skilled in the diverse culture of Greco Roman paganism: artistic & intellectual emphasis, performance & entertainment focus, rhetoric & oratory excellence. They led people to into either licentiousness or fake asceticism, but always into graven images, and pagan holiday feasts of idolatry to false gods and demons. They always wanted to blur the lines of holiness.
1 John 5: 16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.
17 All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.
18 We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.
19 And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.
20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.
21 Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.
1 Corinthians 10: 16 The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?
17 For we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread.
18 Behold Israel after the flesh: are not they which eat of the sacrifices partakers of the altar?
19 What say I then? that the idol is any thing, or that which is offered in sacrifice to idols is any thing?
20 But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.
21 Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s table, and of the table of devils.
Let’s Define Terms:
ROMANIZERS: those that reject the Commandments & Order of the Father & Son and choose to MIX the Gospel of Jesus Christ with Ancient Babylonian Religious Idolatry or Modern Western Artistic/Entertainment/Economic/Militaristic Culture.
JUDAIZERS: those that reject the Commandments & Order of the Father & Son and choose to MIX the Gospel of Yahusha Hamaschiach with Old Covenant Ordinances that have ceased since the Prophesied Destruction of the Jerusalem Temple in 70 AD or the requirement of circumcised foreskins.
BELIEVERS: Revelation 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
Theres always 2 deep ditches on either side of the narrow road that leads to life! I hope you find the few, and walk in the light of the narrow road!
The Apostolic Battle
If you don’t understand these 2 battles, YOU WON’T UNDERSTAND why any Apostolic Scriptures in the New Covenant were written!
True Apostles had to guide the flock of the Lords SHEEP in the MIDST of WOLVES.
On one side, false apostles basically denied the Son. (By denying what He came TO DO).
On the other side, false apostles dismissed the Father. (By dismissing His AUTHORITY as CREATOR and MOST HIGH).
But true Apostles knew that the Father & Son were ONE. ALL of the True Apostles were in complete Agreement just as the Father & Son are in Agreement. Why? Because the Son knew about a little known prophecy in Isaiah:
Isaiah 8:16 BIND up the TESTIMONY, SEAL the LAW among my DISCIPLES.
17 And I will WAIT UPON the Lord, that HIDETH HIS FACE from the house of Jacob, and I will LOOK FOR HIM.
18 Behold, I and the CHILDREN whom THE LORD hath GIVEN ME are for SIGNS and for WONDERS in Israel from the Lord of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion.
Yashuah knew exactly how to preserve His Word after the fall of Israel and Jerusalem. He preserved His Word not thru scholars and scribes but thru His Disciples, their Assemblies, and their Families.
When Israel stumbled and Jerusalem fell… when Greco Roman political, economic, cultural appropriation and military dominance took over the world…
YAHUSHA’S TESTIMONY and YAHUAH’S LAW was BOUND and SEALED with His DISCIPLES.
True Holy Spirit filled Apostles had everything they needed to win any battle against False Apostles and preserve the Word of God against both the Judaizers and the Romanizers.
