Entrepreneurship is a blessing… but it was NEVER meant to REplace or DISplace Congregational Servanthood.
Make not my Father’s house a house of merchandise!
John 2:16 And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father’s house an house of merchandise.
Don’t make His saints into your merchandising marketplace either!
2 Peter 2:3 And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.
Its biblical to receive tithes, offerings, and gifts… but don’t use the saints as your own personal product marketing plan.
Serve the flock, lead by example, and teach the Word.
The Reward of Congregational Servanthood is eternal and much greater than the temporary rewards of selling and marketing.
