I stopped arguing with people about their false doctrines, dead tradition, and disobedience when I realized the 3 main reasons people refuse to see obvious truths:
1. Their sex organs: if you want to go to hell for your penis/vagina, I can’t do nothing for you except pray.
Matthew 5:29
And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
2. Their demons, familiar spirits, and fear of change: I can fast and pray for you, but you gotta want to be free yourself. I can’t force it.
Matthew 17:21 Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.
Matthew 10:37
He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
3. Their money: if your income is tied to a lie or a half-truth, and you are too prideful to forsake all you have to follow Jesus, change your career to do simple and honest work… no amount of communication will get you to see the Truth. If you’ve got a show and it must go on… you keep your show. I’ll be serving Christ in His Kingdom.
Luke 14:33
So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.
Malachi 3:14
