Are We Living for “likes” or Living for LOVE?

One of the saddest and most tragic things going on in the planet right now is people making eternally directional thoughts and decisions based on numbers of facebook likes, fans, and twitter followers.

God Himself is sending out a strong spirit of delusion, so that those who don’t love the truth wont be saved.

*[[2Th 2:10-12]] KJV* And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

So, why do people choose to have pleasure in unrighteousness, instead of love for the truth? Because they cant go against the current… If Facebook was a nation, it would be the 4th largest nation on earth. If you want to have the twitter followers, the youtube views, the fans, the crowds…. You have to do and say what the masses “like.”

A love for the truth is the first thing to go when you desire to please the crowd. So when God sends a strong delusion to decieve those that don’t love the truth… you fall for the delusion and eat it up because the potential for “likes” is so good.

There is no excuse for falling away from the faith or being deluded into iniquity. Jesus said to watch and pray that you enter not into temptation. That means if you watch and pray, you wont enter into it. So people that fall away into deception and temptation just prove not only that they didnt have a love for the truth, but also that they werent really watching or praying.

*[[Mat 26:40-41]] KJV* And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour? Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

This is sad stuff, and the consequences are eternal, so I’m definitely praying for you.

But i also want to challenge you:

Are you living for “likes” or living for God’s Love – as evidenced by a love of the truth and a real prayer life. You don’t have to tell me. The proof is on your facebook page, and even if you fakebook that really good, the proof will eventually show up in your life, and in the lives of your children. (Hosea 4:6)

Don’t Get Your Head Blown Off

A Christian that constantly listens to secular music ministry to “hone their craft” or “help their ministry” is like a soldier that constantly keeps his head next to his enemies semi-automatic rifle to see how it sounds. It’s only a matter of time till your head is blown off, or you’ve joined the enemies camp. But you’ll think all the sudden you got “wiser.” (Genesis 3)

Then you’ll help everybody else get their head blown off too. Brains splattered everywhere. “Oops we all just fell in sin, I don’t know what happened…” Your head got blown off that’s what happened!

Repent with fruit (actions that prove you changed), and fall back in love with God. He can give you your head back.

WARNING: Gospel Witchcraft Music and Christian Sorcerer Ministry
aka How Not to Be a Religious Whore
Sometimes we think of witchcraft and sorcery as something that goes with pointy hats from 2 centuries ago, or chicken blood voodoo in 3rd world countries. We’re too civilized for that right? It’s just Harry Potter books right?

First, what is a craft?

Definition of CRAFT

1: skill in planning, making, or executing : dexterity

2 a : an occupation or trade requiring manual dexterity or artistic skill <the carpenter’s craft> <the craft of writing plays> <crafts such as pottery, carpentry, and sewing>

A craft is a natural skill.

So what is witchcraft?

Definition of WITCHCRAFT

1 a : the use of sorcery or magic b : communication with the devil or with a familiar spirit

So what turns a craft into witchcraft? Here’s a working, simple definition for witchcraft:

Witchcraft is a natural craft that is used to reach spiritual levels in an evil way.

It could be making music which alters people’s spiritual state. It could be building a tower to reach heaven (Genesis 11). It could be making potions… It could be concocting drugs to change people’s mental state… It could be concocting strong drink specifically to get people drunk. (There’s a reason they are called ‘wine & spirits).

Sorcery
Definition of SORCERY

1: the use of power gained from the assistance or control of evil spirits especially for divining

So, sorcery is using the power from those evil spirits to produce results in the earth, by using special abilities, insights, and foresight from demons. If you research Hitler, you’ll see that he connected with demons to make his decisions. Many Presidents and Business leaders have been known to consult with familiar spirits. Many music artists do as well. There’s lots of information out there about that. Do some research

Did you ever wonder why there are so much legal drugs, illegal drugs, and alcohol involved in the music industry? It’s because they have to alter their state and connect with spirits to get the insight they need for hit songs and results. Many secular artists are sorcerers, and they don’t even know it, but many do.

Just like Christians have to continually be filled with the Holy Ghost by praying and singing Psalms, Hymns, and Spiritual songs… people connecting with evil spirits are often drunk with wine or altered with drugs. You can look at the events surrounding Whitney Houston’s death, Elvis Presley’s death, Michael Jackson’s death, Amy Winehouse’s death, Heath Ledger, Marilyn Monroe, Chris Farley, the list could go on. All of these deaths were related to drugs and alcohol.

How Real Christian Ministers Respond to Witchcraft and Sorcery

Let’s look at what happened when people of sorcery and witchcraft wanted to follow and endorse Paul the Apostle:

Acts 16:16 And it came to pass , as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying : 17 The same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying, These men are the servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation. 18 And this did she many days. But Paul, being grieved , turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And he came out the same hour. 19 And when her masters saw that the hope of their gains was gone , they caught Paul and Silas, and drew them into the marketplace unto the rulers, 20 And brought them to the magistrates, saying , These men, being Jews, do exceedingly trouble our city, 21 And teach customs, which are not lawful for us to receive, neither to observe, being Romans. 22 And the multitude rose up together against them: and the magistrates rent off their clothes, and commanded to beat them.

This sorceress woman followed Paul, declaring that he had ‘a’ way of salvation. That’s a sweet deal, right? You’d love to have an influential and vocally talented sinner following you around, endorsing your ministry? Most Christians would flip at this opportunity.

Let’s look at what she was really saying…

“way” definition – greek “hodos”

  1. a way
  2. a travelled way, road
  3. a travellers way, journey, travelling
  4. metaph.
  5. a course of conduct
  6. a way (i.e. manner) of thinking, feeling, deciding

So in other words the woman was saying that they had “a” way of salvation. It was “among many options”… I’ll put Paul on my mix-tape in the middle of all the other things I say… I need to build a relationship with his market. I’ll interview him on my talk show between all the other religions and idolatries.

How did Paul respond? He did not try to capitalize on her ability, nor did he see any advantage in the money she was able to bring in. Paul was annoyed, vexed, and cast a demon out of her. When her handlers who were making money off of her saw that her demonic power was gone and that their hope for making money was gone, they decided to attack Paul.

Simon the former Sorcerer
Let’s look at the Simon the former sorcerer and how Peter responded to his desire to make money off the Holy Spirit.

Acts 8:18 And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles’ hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money, 19 Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Ghost. 20 But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money. 21 Thou hast neither part nor lot in this matter: for thy heart is not right in the sight of God. 22 Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee. 23 For I perceive that thou art in the gall of bitterness, and in the bond of iniquity. 24 Then answered Simon, and said, Pray ye to the Lord for me, that none of these things which ye have spoken come upon me.

He wanted the opportunity to give the Holy Ghost to who he laid hands on to. He wanted that “positive message” on His label. He was a former sorcerer (Acts 8), so he had insight that having that type of power could help his business. Did Peter say, “Sweet! You were the biggest sorcerer in this region, I’m an apostle. You have the influence – I need to preach the gospel to people. Let’s hook up and get it done! Where do I sign?”

No, he rebuked that guy so hard that Simon sincerely asked Peter to pray for him that he didn’t burn in hell for vocalizing those wicked thoughts. That’s one of the hardest rebuke in history! Peter’s response is totally different from Christians of today.

Peter rebuked him for thinking that the gift of God, the Holy Spirit, could be reduced to the value of money. This very thought Peter said, showed that Simon was in the gall of bitterness and in the bond of iniquity.

Now let’s look what happens when the real gospel is preached.

The Fruits of Repentance from Witchcraft in the Book of Acts

Acts 19: 18 And many that believed came, and confessed , and shewed their deeds. 19 Many of them also which used curious arts brought their books together, and burned them before all men: and they counted the price of them, and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver. 20 So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.

When the real gospel is preached, people will gather to burn their witchcraft. They don’t celebrate it, remix it, reuse it, etc. They definitely don’t augment their witchcraft income with some positive message income. The kingdom of God is not about getting a message out and making some money. It’s about teaching people how to obey and worship God through Jesus Christ. It’s not just in word, but in power.

We have fallen so far away from the heart of God and the purposes of Christ.

Whores and Harlots

So what if I have my wife prostitute her body on 8 mile & Woodward to reach people & bring some income to the family, just like Jesus does with His Church when they partner with the world, copy, & compromise in spiritual adultery to “reach the lost.”

Actually no I won’t do that, because Jesus doesn’t do that. He wants love and repentance, not whores reaching more whores “at any cost”.

When we prostitute our gifts and mix with the world and their witchcraft, we are the spiritual whores.

But Jesus ate with sinners? Please, stop with that old lame and tired cliché excuse, it hasn’t worked for the past 40 years. #1, Jesus preached repentance and spiritual violence. So sinners came to him in repentance to follow Him, not to team up with him and make something happen for their witchcraft business (see Jesus Christ ministry techniques). #2, you have to understand that holiness equals God’s purpose. I was going to talk about purpose and holiness here, but nevermind, # 1 is enough for now because repentance is the ground floor of the Kingdom of God.

But what about the woman caught in adultery? The Pharisees stoned her, but Jesus forgave her, you are a Pharisee! No, you need to stop using that woman to justify your sin and wickedness. That woman was a repentant person. We are not stoning anyone physically. We are simply bringing an axe to the spiritual roots of trees and ministries that promote sin, scandal and foolishness. We are calling for repentance and asking responsible and supposed ministers of the gospel to say and do something different. Put the axe to your tree and cut out the roots of wickedness, so that harlot ministry doesn’t come thru your mouth anymore.

When someone repents of their sins they are no longer wicked. The woman who committed adultery was exposed, and she obviously repented or Jesus would not have forgiven her sins. With what is going today, people are making music and partnering in ministry with UNREPENTANT sinners! If the unsaved artists that Christian artists partner with were repentant…THEY WOULD CHANGE! True repentance brings a change in lifestyle and righteous fruit.

When it came time for the Pharisees to repent for what they did while Jesus was “blogging” on the ground, they just walked away instead. The Pharisees are the only group of people in the gospels that did not respond to the preaching of John the Baptist or Jesus Christ by changing what they said and did.

So in reality, the people that respond to the repentance message with accusations or apathy instead of repentance are the real and actual ‘pharisee’ problem. They hated John the Baptist and crucified Jesus so that they could keep the power and the money and the influence. They are still doing the same thing today.

But, but, but… Christian plumbers don’t have to write Jesus on their pipes? It’s a job. Can’t I just practice my art? Didn’t you read that CS Lewis book? There was so much symbolism in Lord of the Rings.

If you want to lay pipes, lay pipes. If you want to use your craft, or your art to connect to people spiritually, then you need to worship, declare, and glorify God.

If you want to use your plumbing, meat butchering, music playing, singing, speaking, bricklaying, masonry “craft” to make spiritual connections… but you don’t want to exclusively glorify Jesus and his message of repentance and worship, then go join the Masons with the other sorcerors! Connect with the Illuminati, or some false religion. You can’t have it both ways. You can glorify God in Holiness, but not in whoreliness.

CS Lewis not only didn’t repent from his paganism, he used his pagan, witch and magic based stories to pervert the Word of God. So now we actually think that the Lion, the witch, and the wardrobe is the gospel. Intellectual Holy Spirit avoiding Christians that resist the Holy Ghost but follow Dead Men’s Bones (doctrines of dead men) look up to CS Lewis and use him as an excuse for their avoidance of the Cross and the reproach of Christ. When you are a worshipper of Jesus Christ, you have to embrace the persecution and everything that comes along with Him.

Jezebel Teaches Whores how to be Harlots and Prostitute their Gifts

This is harlotry, witchcraft, the essence of Babylon, and the bible shows us that this type of whore-based ministry comes from the doctrine of Jezebel. Jezebel is explained here, and much more in depth with 2 entire chapters covering Old Testament Jezebel style and New Testament style Jezebel here. So I won’t get too much deeper on that in this message.

But I will say this. Part of the reason we make room for Jezebel in the church is because some have a false evangelical mindset which places the great commission above the great commandment. We put the 2nd commandment – loving and reaching out to people – in front of the 1st commandment – loving God in prayer and the Word, Holiness, and obedience with suffering. There’s nothing wrong with the great commission as long as it’s in order.

This is the Season of Confrontation

I have seen a lot with this Jezebel Spirit of compromise attacking Christian music and ministry. My wife and I wrote a book about it, called Killing Idols for REVIVAL. We finished 80% of it in July 2011. As soon as we finished it, it seemed like all hell broke loose. Concepts that we had already explained in depth with prophetic dreams, interpretations, and scripture teaching in the book started happening in the real world at a much deeper level. Guys that we worked with in the past started signing with secular labels and doing secular mix-tapes. We saw preachers dying, more gospel divorces, scandals, etc. Things really amplified, and we hadn’t even published it yet.

God is really cutting Jezebel’s head off and exposing these blind guides that pollute the body of Christ with spiritual adultery, all in the name of “reaching the lost” really “making money.” My wife prostituting herself could help our family out with the bills, but does Jesus send His wife to whore with the world to help reach souls or fund the Kingdom? According to this false doctrine, the answer is yes. They accept it because they don’t know Jesus’s heart.

God is getting something across to us, and we have to have an ear to hear! If you can’t see the signs of the times – Jezebel is getting her head cut off, Judas is hanging himself, and Balaam is just going to hell.

But you, as a person – can repent from those influences, and GOD will have mercy on you. God is anointing His messengers to bring in the final harvest and 2nd coming of Jesus Christ.

WOE TO THOSE WHO JUSTIFY THE WICKED AND CONDEMN THE JUST

a.k.a. the HUGE Sword God gave Shereena! Naming Names, but with Gentleness.

Proverbs 17:15 He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to the LORD.

This makes me want to weep. How much of this do we have going on right now?

What does it mean to justify the wicked?

  • – he should be punished for his wicked driving

When you know the commandments and the word of the Lord, and you tell someone who breaks those commandments and does not keep those words that they are right in what they do, this is an abomination to the Lord.

Justifying the wicked is disgusting to God, something He HATES!

Christian Musicians, Artists, and Celebrities that Justify the Wicked

An area where justification of the wicked is extremely prevalent is in Christian music. Christians celebrate ungodly musicians and singers, we even go as far as collaborating and making music with ungodly people. Now, Christian artists and wicked music artists are making music together at an alarming rate, and no one seems to think it is wrong. But, what does God’s word say?

MEDITATE ON THESE SCRIPTURES VERY SLOWLY

Isaiah 5:11-24

11Woe unto them that rise up early in the morning, that they may follow strong drink; that continue until night, till wine inflame them! 12And the harp, and the viol, the tabret, and pipe, and wine, are in their feasts: but they regard not the work of the LORD, neither consider the operation of his hands.  13Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.  14Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it. 15And the mean man shall be brought down, and the mighty man shall be humbled, and the eyes of the lofty shall be humbled: 16But the LORD of hosts shall be exalted in judgment, and God that is holy shall be sanctified in righteousness.

17Then shall the lambs feed after their manner, and the waste places of the fat ones shall strangers eat. 18Woe unto them that draw iniquity with cords of vanity, and sin as it were with a cart rope: 19That say, Let him make speed, and hasten his work, that we may see it: and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know it! 20Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! 21Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight! 22Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink: 23Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him! 24Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the LORD of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Let’s Take Some More Time to Ponder and Analyze Isaiah 5:11-23

-Strong drink: The mingling of the holy and profane, wine of the world and false wine of the spirit.  (vs. 22)

-Strong men (vs. 22): rich men, mighty in the earth, men with influence, celebrities, men who have a form of godliness.

-They justify the wicked for their own reward (vs. 23): increased influence, money, power, fame, self-promotion.

-Verse 12 specifically addresses music and how it is used in a corrupt way (the harp, tabret, viol). Music is useless unless it glorifies God how He truly is not how we want Him to be. Music without God leads to sin and rebellion if they do not regard the work of God or consider the operation of His hands (vs. 12).

They may regard God with their mouths, but do they regard the work of God which is righteous? No because they are chasing wine early in the morning. Do they consider the work of His hands which is HOLY? No because wine is at their feasts.

We have Christian artists that are mixing strong drink. They put “gospel” songs on raunchy secular mix tapes. They use their influence to promote secular labels, artists and cds. In their eyes they are spreading the message of Christ on a secular mix tape…but if a Christian follower who they market to buys that mix tape, they will hear ONE watered down “gospel” song and TWELVE songs about drugs, sex, and profane living?!

Mali Music signs to Konvict Records with Akon http://allhiphop.com/2011/11/01/akon-signs-gospel-rapper-mali-music-to-konvict-muzik/ (the symbolism in the fact that Akon’s record label is called Konvict, a convict is someone who was convicted and imprisoned for crimes – bondage, and Isaiah 5:13 says “My people are led into captivity…”, is a whole other topic in itself!)

Is this right? WRONG!! This is leading people into spiritual confusion; verse 13 goes on to say “My people are gone into captivity because they have no knowledge”…who has taken them captive? Their enemies have taken them captive. How were they led captive?

Strong drink (false doctrine, mixing wine of the world and wine of the Spirit), music and wine without regard for the work of God (His work is His commandments Exodus 32:12)

Psalms 66:3 Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works! through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee.

The works of God cause His enemies to submit to HIM. But instead the strong drink, music and ungodly feasting cause God’s people to submit to His enemies (the works of darkness). They do not consider the operation of His hands (the way GOD operates: hating sin, loving holiness, righteous judgements, condemnation of wickedness, and pardoning those who repent of sin, not honoring the sin).

-Verse 13 continues on saying …”and their honorable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst”. Wait a minute, if they were feasting and drinking wine in verse 12, why are they hungry (famished) and thirsty in verse 13? Because when you do not regard the work of God or consider the way HE operates, you are led into death. Only the works of God and His operations bring LIFE (satisfying hunger and thirst Isaiah 49:10, John 4:13-14, John 6:27-37, Isaiah 65:13, Revelations 7:16)

-Who is making the wine and mingling the strong drink? This is the strong man, the rich man, the powerful man. When the strong man makes the drink, the multitudes will drink it. This is another reason why many Christian artists are sound at first, while they are gaining followers.

Then once they hit a certain status of fame and riches they switch and start mingling strong drink. The strong man makes the wine, because people will drink deceit from a rich and mighty man because of their status and success. So the strong men run to the mixture, because a strong man wants to make money off of the wicked and their influence. Spiritually, the strong men are prostitutes.

-People love to justify working with darkness and mixing ungodly with Godly by saying “well, Jesus ate with sinners and people got mad at Him too.” Jesus preached repentance to them. Jesus rebuked and prophesied to them, Jesus called them OUT of the darkness they were in. These people did NOT join Jesus in ministry. They were NOT part of His inner circle. He did NOT come into agreement with them in business deals.

He did NOT say let me follow you around and introduce me to your circle so I can show people who I am and maybe they will get saved…HE SAID FOLLOW ME!!! HE SAID IF YOU LOVE ME KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS!!! HE SAID IF YOU DO NO PICK UP YOUR CROSS YOU ARE NOT WORTHY OF ME!! Jesus preached repentance, those who wanted to repent, did it and followed Him. Those who did not repent, Jesus warned his followers to avoid (the rich young ruler, Pharisees, etc.)

When the rich young ruler (Matt. 19:16-24) did not want to GIVE UP his sin and wealth to follow Jesus he turned and went away. Jesus did not follow after him, join in his lifestyle in hopes that one day the rich man would believe, that maybe if I follow him around long enough then He will accept me…Nor did Jesus try to capitalize on the influence or riches of the young man, he was a ruler with great influence and riches. Jesus did NOT try to even use the young man’s status as a way to preach the gospel (which is most Christian’s excuse for mingling).

“Let’s make a deal – you’re rich, I’m Jesus Christ… We can make something happen!”

NO!!! Repent for the kingdom of God is at HAND!

-This will lead you to captivity. Those who justify the wicked, who are entertained with their music and wicked feasts, have no knowledge. Hell is enlarging itself for them.

-It is all a big party! They go down into hell in the midst of their glory, pomp, multitudes and rejoicing (grammys, fans, awards, partying, shopping, etc.) vs. 14.

– Because they desire the reward they receive from justifying the wicked, they try to silence and destroy the just, anyone who stands against them and their sinful system.

– The key issues are justifying the wicked and mixing the wine of the world with the Holy wine of God. And justifying the wicked for personal gain. Either telling them their sin is ok or simply not telling them their sin is wrong and making them feel like their sin is ok for what you stand to gain from it.

-The passing of Whitney Houston is very sad, but we have to be honest. She did not bear the fruits of righteousness. The BIBLE says you know a tree by its fruit. Now that she is deceased we see so many clips of her singing gospel songs, but where are the clips of her high? Where are the movie clips of her doing sex scenes? Why isn’t any media playing clips of her crudely cursing in her movies?

And all the famous Pastors would rather brag about how close they were to her and say she’s in a better place rather than mourn for her, or use the opportunity to introduce the fear of the Lord and obedience to the gospel to her fans. Instead they were her fans themselves, and used their relationship with her and her status to gain reward for themselves!

*The remake of Sparkle, a movie that TD Jakes (a Christian “Bishop”) produced, was written by Mara Brock Akil and Directed by her husband Salim Akil (the team who writes blasphemy for BET’s The Game.) They are Muslim, so by “coincidence” – The Game is filled with the blasphemy of Jesus, fake Christianity, using God’s name in vain, and the portrayal illicit sex. The music was done by R. Kelly, who made fornication music for an entire generation.

What is the movie about? A group of singing sisters leaving the church to make it big…Hmmm, I think I smell strong drink. How could a Bishop in the church work to produce a film leading millions into deception and captivity believing He was doing it by the leading of the Holy Ghost? Strong Drink!

-Did you know that the Catholic Church is even reintroducing “indulgences?” An indulgence is literally buying a dead soul’s way into heaven. After someone has passed you can pay money  at and say some prayers and at some point the priest would tell you that this person was now in heaven.

 

WHAT?! They were justifying the wicked for a reward, MONEY. The justification of the wicked for reward by the Christian church is the same as selling indulgences: give me your money, give me the status of your fame and I will tell you God accepts you. I will tell you you are sanctified, I will tell you that you are going to heaven, or “in a better place” when you die.

So in the desire for money, fame, fortune, business deals self-promotion and vanity as representatives of God to the world we may justify the wicked and make them think they are ok. But GOD is NOT justifying them, so we ok the sin, but GOD is the true judge.

We usually avoid “naming names” with this type of message… but this is the week of swords and axes!  The Bible says “them that sin, rebuke openly.” These people are openly promoting this stuff. Private sins get private rebukes. Public sins get public correction. We would love for people to repent so we can take their names out of this post. We Pray For These People and we hope that we as the Body of Christ repent and get mercy from God instead of harden our hearts to go further in encouraging  our hearts in wickedness.

Just as we spent our time, energy, and money promoting the gospel with ministers and artists when they serve Jesus and the gospel in holiness – we give correction and protection when they depart from Jesus, the gospel, and holiness. We are doing this because it is our Responsibility.

John 10:12 (The true shepherd does not leave sheep when they see the wolf coming). The wolf is ravaging the body of Christ right now.

Apostasy – The Roots of Divorce in the Church

God said let no man separate what God put together. God is witness with us and our wives, because of the covenant promises we make before Him. God hates divorce.

14 Yet ye say , Wherefore? Because the LORD hath been witness between thee and the wife of thy youth, against whom thou hast dealt treacherously : yet is she thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant. 15 And did not he make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit. And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his youth. 16 For the LORD, the God of Israel, saith that he hateth putting away : for one covereth violence with his garment, saith the LORD of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not treacherously Malachi 2 

So why is divorce so common in the church? I learned something yesterday that blew my mind. Just as we learned about Jezebel, and how adultery and fornication is spiritual, as well as natural. “First the Natural, then the Spiritual. (1 Corinthians 15)” Well look at the definitionof apostasy.

Apostasia: a falling away, defection, apostasy.

“The Greek word Apostosia comes from the root word
Apostasion meaning “divorce.”  Those who
fall into apostasy are divorced from God.”

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed , the son of perdition; 2 Thessalonians 2

So “falling away” from God (apostasy) and “putting away” (divorce) are closely related.  So now we have an insight into why there is so much divorce in the Church. Because some of us have fallen away from God. The natural reflects the spiritual.

The mercy of the Lord endures forever, so believe me I’m not trying to condemn anyone who has ever had a divorce. I’m just trying to hear what God is saying and make a spiritual connection that will give us wisdom on the decisions we make. Could the root of divorce in the Church be false doctrine in the Church, and a falling away from God? If I’m contemplating divorce, is there false doctrine in my life that has caused me to fall away from God first? Is the rate of divorce in the Church evidence that we are in the middle of the great falling away already? If my spiritual leader is divorcing his wife, has he divorced God already too? Should I follow someone who has divorced God? Hmm… lets turn our wheels and keep our eyes open. Let’s keep our hearts married to God, then our marriages will be better and stronger for it.

Pearl Harbor is Coming for the Body of Christ

PEARL HARBOR for THE CHURCH – A Vision

In December of 1984, about a week after I purchased an old 1940
Cadillac sedan, I was driving around thinking about times gone by,
particularly the time before and during World War II. Suddenly I
heard the Lord say to me, very softly, “It’s 1940 and Pearl Harbor
is coming up for the Church.” I thought about betrayal, warfare,
death and awakening! I prayed to the Lord about it and He began
to reveal to me more about Pearl Harbor. He reminded me of a
scene from the film Tora Tora Tora in which one of the Japanese
military leaders remarked, after their attack on Pearl Harbor, “I
fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him
with a terrible resolve.” I thought about the Church finally waking
up to her true condition. I thought about the terrible price our
country paid, in the 1940’s to wake up to the realities of the world
political situation. The price was human life, suffering, and
destruction. But we did wake up. I thought about December 8,
1941 when we declared war against the Axis powers. Before that
time we were sending arms, supplies and money to our allies, but
we were not sending men to help fight. We watched China, the
Pacific Islands, France and much of Europe fall to Germany, Italy,
and Japan, but we were not personally affected so we did not enter
the warfare. It took a catastrophic event to wake us up.

I prayed about and meditated on what I had heard until May of 1985,
when I again heard from God during a baptismal service in our
Church. The person to be baptized was an older lady who was
quite concerned, even a little frightened, about being fully immersed.
But she, after fifty years of disobedience and rebellion against God,
desired to be baptized for the first time. Right before I was going
to enter the water with her, a message in tongues came forth from
my wife. The Lord gave me the interpretation by means of the
following vision.

This vision describes a future time of great hardship and great
blessing for the Body of Christ.

He showed me a deep harbor with blue-green water that was clear
and calm. There was a Person in the water. This Person was not
swimming or standing, but just floating in an upright position. He
was motionless, like a sailing ship listing in a windless sea. Many
Japanese Zero aircraft came in from the east and proceeded to
dive-bomb and strafe the body in the water and the body began to
slowly sink. Eventually the body was entirely under the water. As
he went down, I could see that there were many little people on
this Body. As this Body sank deeper into the water, many of these
small people jumped off just before they were about to enter the
water. There were thousands of people jumping off and swimming
away from this slow but steadily sinking Body. Some of these
people jumped onto beds, which the Lord made clear to me were
beds of adultery,and floated away off to the left. Others jumped
onto whiskey bottles and paddled away; still others jumped on
books, while others swam off on their own strength. All of the
people were floating, swimming or paddling in the same direction.
I looked over in that direction, which was to my left, and I saw an
extremely beautiful, gigantic woman, with skin and clothing of a
deep reddish purple hue standing solidly on the harbor floor. She
stretched out her arms toward the sinking Body and got the
attention of many as she very sweetly, seductively, and sincerely
called out, “Come unto me all ye that are weary and heavy laden,
and I will give you WHAT YOU WANT!”

The people who were jumping off were in a panic, like rats leaving
a sinking ship. Some scurried to higher ground on the Body, going
from the shoulders to the ears and finally jumping off the top of the
head right before it went under.It was clear that THEY DID NOT
WANT TO LEAVE THIS BODY, but it was equally clear that they
were not going down under the water with it either. The Body now
was completely under the water, sinking steadily toward the
bottom. Some of the little people hung on as it sank, but after a
few seconds of holding their breath, they gave up, swam for the top,
gulped a mouth full of air, and swam off toward the woman.

The apparently lifeless Body sank deeper and deeper into the
clear blue-green water. As it sank I could see at the bottom of the
harbor a beautiful, large, perfect pearl – obviously of great value. It
was supernaturally large and beautiful, lustrous, pure and round. As
I watched, I could see the Body change shape from that of a single
being, with little people desperately hanging on it, to many little
individual people swimming deep enough to get to this beautiful
Pearl. As they went deeper, many chose to quit and swim to the
surface for air and life and then go over to the beautiful woman. All
who quit diving eventually swam over to the beautiful woman.

Finally, I saw a number of these small people swim to the Pearl
and touch it, and embrace it. But to do this, everyone who dove
down reached a point when they realized that their own natural
ability to hold their breath and dive deeper would not be enough.
Those who dove down and touched this Pearl all came to
understand that they would have to expend all of their natural
strength before they touched and embraced the Pearl of Great
Price. This did not keep them from diving down though, because
the closer they got to the Pearl, the more of His beauty they saw.
I saw many touch and embrace the Pearl and then immediately
shoot straight up. As each of these little people shot up from the
floor of the Harbor, each had the Pearl. As this group of individuals
rose higher and higher, they all became one Body again. By the
time these Pearl-laden people reached the surface they burst forth
from the waters as one Body, the Body of Christ. These people
were manifestly His own possession and they in turn possessed
the Pearl of Great Price, Jesus Christ Himself.

As the Lord was showing me this beautiful picture, He spoke to
me and said, “Even as Jesus came out of the waters of baptism,
so My Body will come out of Pearl Harbor with a new and powerful
anointing of My Holy Spirit, and a new and deadly power to fight the
enemy.” He said that there indeed would come upon the Church
of Jesus Christ a Pearl Harbor experience like the United States
experienced on December 7, 1941. He said that when the Body
of Christ begins to sink under the water, because of a soon-coming,
devastating attack of the enemy, MANY will choose to desert our
Lord Jesus Christ because they do not esteem the Pearl of Great
Price (Jesus Himself) worth the price – death to their own selfish
desires. They will not make the selfless effort of love to dive
deeply enough to embrace Him because they do not love Him
more than their own lives. Many will choose not to identify with
what they assume is a defeated individual or group. They look
upon themselves as winners and will not identify with a Jesus that
is apparently being defeated. They will choose to identify with the
beautiful woman of the harbor who gives them what they want. As
the vision revealed, many who leapt off the sinking Body because
the woman of the harbor promised them success. Because of this
they went to her. Many others did not feel that it was necessary
to pay such a high price to apprehend Jesus, and they felt that
the beautiful woman would give them Jesus on their own terms.

As the Body of Christ came out of the waters of death, the Lord
said that His Body was now fully alive and would now fight the
enemy with purpose and real anointing. Also His Body would now
use only supernatural weaponry. He spoke so clearly to me about
the weapons. He said, “Even as the United States entered the
Second World War using conventional weapons to fight the enemy,
and ended the war with the atomic bomb, a weapon beyond their
comprehension; so My people will begin this spiritual war with
conventional weapons in the Spirit, but by the end of this war to
end all wars, they will be using atomic bombs of the Spirit”. The
Lord made it clear that we will come out of the water equipped with
God-given anointing to REALLY heal the sick, work miracles, and
deliver those in demonic bondage. He also made it clear that
before the warfare ends, we will be moving in a dimension of
spiritual warfare that is unimaginable to us now. We will do greater
works than Jesus did and we will see the demon hordes routed like
never before.

After this message in tongues and interpretation was given, my
attention turned back to the woman who was to be baptized. Then
the Lord said that the Pearl Harbor experience for His Church
would be similar to this woman’s baptism. I closely watched this
baptism to see what the Lord meant. The woman was very nervous
and quite afraid of going under the water. I assured her that she
would be all right. After several moments of prayer and a short
teaching on what baptism represented, she was plunged underneath
the water. She came out of the water with her hands lifted up,
praising God. I had not told anyone what the Lord told me about
this woman’s baptism, because I did not know exactly what was
going to happen. When she recovered her composure, she began
to testify about what had just happened to her. She said that she
was extremely fearful at first, but that when she got under the
water a Beautiful Peace swept through her, and all her fear was
gone. This beautiful peace became joy as she came out of the
water and she praised God for His great comfort, love and mercy.

I believe that God was showing us that we need not fear what He
will put us through. His purpose is to bring us peace, joy,
cleansing and power. He was also showing us that His Church
will go through a baptism. It is a baptism of the Body of Christ.
It is a death and a resurrection. We must trust Him to bring us out
of this watery tomb of death and into the glorious resurrection
power of His Son. We must understand that a harbor is a place
of SAFETY and REFUGE. God’s people who are involved in these
events will need to be safe and protected. The Harbor of the Pearl
of Great Price is the only harbor that will provide refuge and safety,
and ALL who believe will be more than willing to pay the price of
dying to their own desires.

Pearl Harbor is the death and resurrection of the Body of Christ,
being prepared to do His work in His way, with His heart. It is the
final separation of David from Saul – the David Church being
purified and separated from the Saul Church.

It is the final AWAKENING blast of the trumpet of God to rouse His
people for battle. It is the judgment that begins with the house of
the Lord. It is the refining fire that separates the gold from the
dross. It will be preceded by the Lord dealing with His true people
to both survive and desire this final preparation for battle. It is the
promise of unmatched power and purity: power over sin, power over
the enemy, power to live a much more virtuous life, and power to
glorify our Heavenly Father through Jesus Christ by the power of
the Holy Spirit. Even now, God is dealing with those in the
David Church even as God dealt with David. Whenever David
would start to fall asleep to God’s purity and purpose, the Lord
would abruptly DEAL with David to AWAKEN him. God did not
waste this kind of effort on Saul because Saul CHOSE to be
asleep to God and His desires.

Pearl Harbor is a warning of betrayal and disaster. The Church in
the past has gone through many Pearl Harbors of betrayal and
disaster. Jesus was betrayed and killed and rose again. English
Puritans experienced Pearl Harbor in the early 17th century and
survived because they could not obey the law that the Church of
England tried to force them to obey. They fled England and
eventually sailed to the New World, where they laid the spiritual
foundation for what eventually became one of the greatest revivals
in the history of the world. John Bunyan, wrote Pilgrim’s Progress
at the bottom of the harbor as he was betrayed by his own
country and thrown in jail for not attending the services of the
Church of England and for preaching in a way that did not conform
to this church’s liturgy. Had he given in and done that which they
asked he could have been a free man. But for conscience’ sake he
chose not to do so. Because of this uncompromising obedience to
the Scriptures and to God Himself, he was able to rise to the
highest place in the history of Christian literature. Today he still
blesses us with the fruit of that resurrection power.

To those who are not awake and prepared, Pearl Harbor will come
suddenly and tragically, as a thief in the night, and they will be swept
away to Great Deception. To those who are more open to the will
of God than they are to pleasing religious men, it will be an expected
ordeal, a call to arms, and a prelude to great victory. The initial
stages will be the harbinger of the greatest move of God in history:
the greatest Revival and the greatest manifestation of Christian
Unity that the world has ever known.

read this and pray about these things – THIS IS SERIOUS

On my status last week for several days was one of the most crucial scriptures in the new testament from 2 Thessalonians 2. It was so strong in my Spirit, and I have seen it manifest on a MAJOR scale.

…for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

If God is a God of truth, then why would GOD send a strong delusion?

Because if you refuse the truth, there is nothing left for you but a lie. And these days, the  lies are getting stronger, with a unique spiritual power to them.

Two Major Time Frames in the End Times – David Sliker

  1. 2 Thessalonians—the pastoral crisis (2 Thessalonians 2:1–2)

 

Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. Let no one deceive you by any means…                           (2 Thessalonians 2:1–3a)

 

  1. Paul had taught the Thessalonians about the End Times and the Day of the Lord in three weeks (Acts 17:2) before being driven out of the region by hostile Jews. Forced to leave Macedonia and move south to Athens and Corinth, Paul wrote to these believers after receiving reports about them from Timothy and Silas who stayed behind. He comforted them after the loss of some of their brethren in 1 Thessalonians 4–5 by reminding them of the Second Coming and Rapture but warned them about false teaching on those topics (1 Thessalonians 4:13–18). After he had written his first letter, that false teaching infiltrated the Thessalonian community.
  2. The “rapture” of the saints is not a biblical term, like the term “Trinity,” but it is derived from the phrase that Paul used in 1 Thessalonians 4:17 to describe being “caught up” (Greek: harpazo) in the air to meet the Lord when He returns. All believers who are alive at His return will be caught up in the air and then transformed (1 Corinthians 15:51–52) in the “twinkling of an eye” into our glorified bodies. Believers who have died, according to Paul, would be resurrected, caught up first, and then transformed along with the whole Bride of Christ (Hebrews 11:40).
  3. The teaching had spread the idea that Christ had already come and that they had missed the hour of His coming and missed the Rapture. This doctrine had greatly shaken and troubled the believers of Thessalonica. Paul wrote this letter to correct the false teaching and remind the Church about the two major time frames that will precede the Second Coming and the Rapture.

 

  1. The idea that the Day of the Lord would come without warning—before the two clear and distinct signs that Paul tells the Church to expect—is exposed as a deception. This may seem like strong language to us, but Paul is unapologetic about calling believers to truth on the issue of the timing of the Rapture.
  2. In fact, any teaching about the Second Coming is false and deceptive if it does not include the events that the Bible tells us take place prior to the Second Coming. There cannot be a “gathering together to Him” unless certain things happen first. These events will be easily observable to any believer who knows and remembers Paul’s teaching.
  3. This deception that Paul is addressing is everywhere. Three examples are included below. All three responses leave the people of God totally unprepared for the most dramatic time of natural history.
  4. The pre-Tribulation doctrine that says the Rapture comes before the Great Tribulation.  The idea is that we will never have to see the apostasy or the man of sin. The pre-Tribulation position on the Rapture teaches that we will escape, even though the Bible teaches that we will overcome. There is a radical difference between escaping and overcoming.
  5. The second non-biblical doctrine comes from a theological system that allegorizes or makes the primary events symbolic. Therefore, these end-time events will never really happen; they are only symbolic. In other words, there is no literal falling away and no man of sin.
  6. The third group is the scoffers (2 Peter 3:3; Jude 18). There is a mocking spirit in the world and even in the Church about the topic of the End Times.
  7. the apostasy and the antichrist (2 Thessalonians 2:3–4)

 

…for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God. (2 Thessalonians 2:3b–4)

 

  1. Paul reveals two major events that will take place before the return of Jesus: the “falling away” (the great apostasy of the Church) and the revealing of the “man of sin” (the Antichrist). These events will happen over two distinct time frames.
  2. The great falling away of the Church will come first, related to the emerging humanistic “Harlot Babylon” system that will be fully empowered globally for a short season, as described in Revelation 17. This system will provide much of the fuel for believers to reject their faith, lose their salvation, and join a global expression of faith that more closely matches what they thought they were signing up for when they accepted the Gospel.
  3. Jesus spoke of a time of great relational pressure and trial:

Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. (Matthew 24:9–12)

 

  1. There will be a specific time during a season of great pressure in which many people will openly and publicly reject Jesus and the Church. The pressure will be more than social in nature—it will be a political and religious pressure. People will be pressured to conform to a faith that has been compromised by the teachings and proclamations of deceptive “false prophets” (Matthew 24:11).
  2. The deceptive arguments of these false prophets will be so convincing that even the “elect”—the fiery, passionate believers—may be unsure of what is true in the midst of it all, though they will never be fully convinced by the false prophets and will stand firm (Matthew 24:24).
  3. The false prophets will be emissaries of a religious system that seems attractive in every way—in its ability to deliver world peace, economic stability and prosperity, even physical comfort and security. We will know this religious system as Babylon (Revelation 17:1–4).
  4. Babylon will be both a city and a religious system, used by Antichrist during his early maneuverings for influence and power (Revelation 17:3). Babylon will be “drunk with the blood of the saints and of the martyrs of Jesus” (Revelation 17:5).
  5. During the early period of false “peace and safety” (1 Thessalonians 5:2), many saints will lose their lives (be martyred) because they resist the pressure to conform and refuse to do so. Also, many saints will be offended, betray other saints, and hate one another―their love for Jesus will grow cold (Matthew 24:10–12).
  6. This shaking and purifying of the Church will initially be intense; it will be the “dark night of the soul” for the many people who burn with love for Jesus despite affliction (Song of Songs 5:6–16). The shaking will intensify during the Great Tribulation under the direction of Antichrist. However, this time period will also be the purified Bride’s finest hour (Daniel 11:33). Jesus encourages us to “endure to the end” in Matthew 24:13.
  7. The revealing of the man of sin follows the great apostasy. This is a second, distinct time frame (according to Revelation 17) in which the Antichrist will emerge and destroy the Harlot system, creating a global context for loyalty to and worship of him alone. His emergence, according to Jesus, marks the beginning of the most extreme time frame for believers in human history: the Great Tribulation (Matthew 24:15–31). Revelation 5:8–6:1 describes this time frame as beginning after the Church has come into significant maturity and testing at the hands of the Harlot system (Revelation 17:6).
  8. Paul calls him “the man of sin…” When Paul says “the man,” he means that the Antichrist is a real person who is coming; he is not just referring to the spirit of antichrist that John spoke of in 1 John 2:18–24. “…of sin” means that Antichrist will be the personification of sin itself—the living embodiment of all that men delight in and esteem in their lust.
  9. He is also the called “son of perdition” (2 Thessalonians 2:3). The nature of the Antichrist is mysterious. There seems to be a supernatural aspect to this man as revealed in Revelation 17:8 (he comes out of the abyss) and 19:20 (he will be thrown alive into the lake of fire, which is otherwise reserved for those who are not written in the book of life and who are already dead [Revelation 20:14–15] at the beginning of the 1000-year kingdom of Jesus).
  10. He will violently and systematically oppose anything that is called God or is worshipped. When he has destroyed religious systems and objects of men’s affection, he will take a central place in the hearts and minds of the peoples of the earth. In his arrogant mind, he will be the only one worthy of praise and adulation. He will despise the Harlot system because of its spiritual bankruptcy and deception, and thus will betray and destroy it. He will rage against Christianity by martyring many believers and establishing a false prayer and worship movement (Revelation 13).
  11. To establish his supremacy as the true god of the earth, he will stand in the rebuilt temple in Jerusalem (that he most likely helped to rebuild—see Daniel 9:27) and place an image of himself in the Holy Place, an action that the Bible calls “the abomination of desolation” (Matthew 24:15; Revelation 13:14–15). He will demand that all acknowledge his supremacy over every other God—especially the Hebrew and Christian God and His Son. He will attempt to force all to worship this image, threatening those who resist him with death (Revelation 13:15).
  12. the removal of restraint (2 Thessalonians 2:5–7)

 

Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. (2 Thessalonians 2:5–7)

 

  1. Paul refers the Thessalonians again to his three-week teaching on this subject, briefly mentioning the conditions that will lead to the emergence of this brutal, evil world leader. How does such a man come into such great power and authority? He will be the fruit of the desires of the nations for this kind of king, who represents everything that they long to be. As Israel chose Saul over David, so the nations will choose this man over the true King, Jesus.
  2. This will not be a momentary decision; the coming of the “lawless one” (2 Thessalonians 2:8–9) will be the fruit of the maturity of lawlessness when the “transgressors reach their fullness” (Daniel 8:23). God will give men the god they desire when Satan is cast down to the earth (Revelation 12:7–9) and will give them over to the king they desire as well, as detailed in Romans 1:26.
  3. The Antichrist, the lawless one, will be revealed in his own time – there is a time and season for this man to emerge related to the “what” that is restraining and the “mystery of lawlessness,” or the mystery of man’s hidden rage and deep contempt for God. 

C.                 The nations will rage against the Lord and seek to establish their own king:

 

Why do the nations rage, and the people plot a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD and against His Anointed, saying, “Let us break Their bonds in pieces and cast away Their cords from us.” (Psalm 2:1–3)

 

  1. As the nations throw off restraint, the Lord will sovereignly remove this restrain in relationship to the “mystery of iniquity”—the hidden hatred for God that resides deep in the heart of men. God will give the nations what they desire.
  2. “What is restraining” (2 Thessalonians 2:5–7) is knit to lawlessness.  The time frame that Paul is speaking of will be the time of the greatest lawlessness and contempt for righteousness in all of history. 
  3. the coming of the lawless one (2 Thessalonians 2:8-9)

 

And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders . . .  (2 Thessalonians 2:8–9)

 

  1. The “lawless one” is the one who comes forth in the time of lawlessness that Jesus spoke of, when man’s sin is unrestrained and completely expressed. He will be fully revealed at the same time that man’s true nature is revealed, in a tragic way that ends with much loss of life, destruction, and widespread poverty, famine and disease.
  2. This man will be completely destroyed and defeated, despite his appearance of great authority, power, and victory even over the saints (Daniel 7:21–25; Revelation 13:5–7). Jesus will win a spectacular and effortless victory over Him as He reveals His glory on behalf of Israel; He will also vindicate the saints who have been worn down and blasphemed against by this man (Revelation 13:6, 19:19–21).
  3. The demonic authority this man will possess to control and deceive will be unprecedented in human history; he will orchestrate a deception unparalleled by any other global leader. Satan himself will give this man his throne of demonic authority (Revelation 13:2) as the Antichrist and the false prophet will do incredible false signs and wonders, counterfeits of the signs and judgments that will strike the earth through Jesus’ leadership and the Church’s authority (Revelation 13:11–15).
  4. the central issue: the love of the truth (2 Thessalonians 2:10–12)

 

…and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. (2 Thessalonians 2:10–12, emphasis added)

 

  1. What is the most necessary thing in this hour—to have all the facts and information or to be a lover of truth? It is critical that we seek truth and a spirit of wisdom (wisdom is different than information; it is right interpretation and living understanding) and revelation. This will come from the Holy Spirit who is jealous for us to come into “all truth” (John 16:13):

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. (1 Corinthians 2:12)

 

 

Or do you think that the Scripture says in vain, “The Spirit who dwells in us yearns jealously”? (James 4:5)

 

 

These things I have written to you concerning those who try to deceive you. But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him. (1 John 2:26–27)

 

  1. We must become a people who love truth regardless of truth’s implications and cost for our lives. Our pleasure must be in righteousness with no toleration for unrighteousness, wickedness, or sin in our lives, ministries, families, or communities. If we will commit to love truth, the Lord will commit to help us to receive it, live it, and express it with boldness and tenderness to the nations of the earth.

7 Ways to Overcome – 7 Messages from Jesus – Intro

This is the final set of specific written instructions JESUS ever gave to His followers. It is crucially important! In it are special and specific clues on how to overcome the greatest temptations, deceptions, and trials of life. It was originally given to the Apostle of Love, John. It was recorded in The Revelation of Jesus Christ – A book that reveals God. Revelations reveals God’s Heart, God’s Glory, and God’s indubitable ownership of heaven and earth very clearly.

In this time of earth-wide pandemonium… most of the set-up for the final acts of Revelations is being put together. There are wars, rumors of wars, false prophets everywhere, increased deception, panic, and fear in the world. Apostasy is happening as even former Christians are falling away from the holy faith. The cultures of the world are increasing in rage against the standards of righteousness and holiness that God has set through His Son Jesus Christ. But Jesus is still the King of the Universe! (See Psalms 2).

This is the overview of the last days scenario: First Jesus will open the 7 Seals, one at a time. Then, angels will blow 7 Trumpets, one at a time. Jesus will come back at the 7th Trumpet, and finally begin to pour out 7 bowls of Wrath as He cleans up the earth and prepares to make it new. Please notice: Christ comes back to earth at the last Trumpet. There are 7 seals to be opened before any of the Trumpets, and 6 Trumpets before the Last Trumpet when the Church is raptured (1 Corinthians 15:52). So whatever your view is of the rapture – a basic reading of Revelations shows that you are going to be here through some Seals and Trumpets.

I say this because you need to strengthen your heart with knowledge and understanding of the plan and desires of God. Before all this happens, NOW is your time to understand and the 7 Messages of Jesus. These messages are for many different Churches, and it is written to strengthen the Believers in the context of the activities of Revelations. In these messages are 7 Ways for you to Overcome, no matter what type of Christian you are.
