Strange Fire is a Cry for Help
I’ve seen it all, but I’ve seen the rotten fruit too: disobedience, adultery, covetousness, and covenant-breaking.
So I’ll stick with what’s WRITTEN in the Scriptures. The gifts of the Spirit are not for fun or entertainment – they are for PRAYER, for COMMUNICATION, and for the POWER to be a witness.
The next time you see something weird being blamed on the Holy Ghost realize that it could be a fleshly lack of self-control, or it could be a cry for help!
If it’s the flesh, rebuke it. If it’s a devil, go cast the devil out in Jesus Name!
