Proverbs 17:2 A wise servant shall have rule over a son that causeth shame, and shall have part of the inheritance among the brethren.
The Scriptures give us the key to upward mobility. Find somewhere to serve; and when you serve, serve well. You will end up with authority in the family business, and a share in the profits by inheritance.

Best way to get skills: volunteer.
Best way to get your own business: have multiple skills and a resource saved up.
Best way to get more skills and resources: work your skills and save up to buy resources.
