When God’s Laws of sowing and reaping come into effect, the Spirit of Antichrist will come with powerful sorcery to stop the redistribution.
But if the Saints of Christ bind it on earth (obedience), then it will be bound in heaven (authority). If the Saints of God loose it on earth (obedience), it will be loosed in heaven (authority).
