Holiday Reminder: Pagan vs Biblical Holidays – Hebrew Christians don’t judge Gentile Christians for Christianizing pagan holidays, Gentile Christians don’t judge Hebrew Christians for Christianizing Old Testament holidays.
The only things we should be concerned about are when things spill over into: idolatry, fornication, bloody and strangled food. Things that actually harm our spirits, souls, and bodies, respectively.
Colossians 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: 17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
Acts 15:19 Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God:
20 But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.
