Following Jesus:::When I Became a Man, I Put Away Childish Things

The more you follow Jesus, the more you learn how to produce Kingdom fruit that remains. If we are in Him, we should be able to make disciples that don’t fall away from the faith into apostasy and sin. Even Jesus himself lost one (Judas), but overall His discipleship was effective.

If you grow up in traditional churchianity, a lot of this has to be learned by trial and error.

When you see that what you’re doing isn’t producing what you see in the Scriptures, you then have a decision to make:

Will I keep doing the same thing, or will I find out how Jesus did it, and do that instead?

Many people go thru the same trials and errors; but still learn absolutely nothing and don’t change at all.

What makes the difference? Two things: Love of the Truth instead of the love of money; and the Fear of God instead of the fear of man. Those two things are what really helps you to follow Jesus.

– I had to move from Christian hip hop & Churchy entertainment to discipleship & prayer.

– I had to move from moguling and fashion promoting to family order and assembly order.

– I had to move from performing and merchandising to keeping the Commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.

– I had to move from apologetic arguing and debating to preaching, teaching, healing, and casting out devils.

– I had to move from earthly politics and branding movements to building up my treasure in the New City of Jerusalem.

– I had to go from the ignorance and the fake freedom of rebellion to being blown away by the wisdom and true freedom that comes from God’s Laws.

Why? Because when you get tired of rotten fruit, you are forced to either grow up, or keep eating rotten fruit. It’s not easy, but I choose Kingdom growth!

1 Corinthians 13:11
WHEN I WAS A CHILD, I SPAKE as a child, I UNDERSTOOD as a child, I THOUGHT as a child: but when I BECAME A MAN, I PUT AWAY CHILDISH THINGS.

Dont be Scared to Grow with Courage and Love

BE YOURSELF!💪🏾
but also:
DON’T BE AFRAID TO GROW!🧠
You need BOTH to move Forward.➡️

It’s ok to grow up.

It’s not automatic – spiritual and mental growth takes purposed change.

Its ok to change.

I will always Love you, but by God’s Grace I will not stop growing just to make you feel comfortable…

I will encourage you to come with me, but I won’t stop obeying His Commands.

God first.

People next.

Growth mindset.

spiritual retardation is evidence of the evil one

When there is physical retardation or stunted growth in a child, it’s often due to a genetic defect restricting a hormone.
When there is a mental retardation or delay in a child’s development, it can be due to a substance that has damaged the brains ability to grow.

Spiritually, the grace of God is the most powerful resource on the planet, and the Bible is clear that we are born again of INCORRUPTIBLE SEED. There is no excuse for spiritual retardation inside the kingdom.

So in the case of a so-called Christian that refuses to grow up in holiness and maturity of the mind, and sobriety of the soul. There HAS be a corruption of the enemy implanted into the spirit or soul.

When a Christian claims to follow the Lord for a matter of years – but all of the sudden refuses to grow further and produce more fruit – it’s often a demonic or worldly element of the evil one that has caused them to resist the grace of God. The enemy has sowed poisonous tare seeds in the middle of the wheat.

“An enemy hath sown this. Let them both grow up together, and in the time of the harvest, the tares will be gathered and burned. The wheat will be taken into eternal life.” (Jesus Paraphrased )

Satan wants you to Blow Up

If you’re trying to “blow up” I can guarantee you that it’s Satan leading you. You’re his easiest victim.

No, that’s not Gods voice at all! If youre trying to blow up, you don’t know Gods voice, so stop lying:-)

Don’t try to blow up, serve low and grow up. Humility over Pride.

Be a Hebrew in Christ: “One Who Crosses Over”

Be a Hebrew in Christ: “One Who Crosses Over”

Many people fail because they are scared to change. Abraham was a friend of God, and he wasn’t afraid of change. In fact, the word “Hebrew” comes from a word that means “one who crosses over.” This is the man God chose to bring the Messiah through and bless the earth.

Isaiah 51
1 Hearken to me, ye that follow after righteousness, ye that seek the Lord: look unto the rock whence ye are hewn, and to the hole of the pit whence ye are digged.
2 Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him.

Genesis 12
1 Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

Are you afraid to “cross over” or are you of the character that God can choose to bless increase and multiply all over the face of the earth? Don’t be afraid of righteous changes!!! Don’t let your past hold you back from obedience. Listen to God! Be a true Hebrew in Christ: “One who Crosses Over.”

How Do You Respond to the FIRE?

When we want God’s presence to manifest in our life or our community on a larger scale…

We first have to realize that no flesh will glory in His presence. Then when our fleshly (carnally selfish) ideas and attitudes are being burned by the fire of God, we will be EXCITED, not threatened. Then we might just EMBRACE God, not push His Holy Spirit away in favor of our cleverness…

How do you respond to the Fire?

How did Moses respond to the Fire? He stuck with the presence of God and talked with God face to face. The rest of the nation was fearful and did not want to get close to God… except Joshua.

How did Elijah respond to the Fire? He actually embraced the fire before it fell. He called it down and most of the nation was in fear of it because they barely knew God.

How did Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego respond to the Fire? The fire of persecution tried to get them to submit to Babylon, but they embraced the fire, and God was with them in it. It ended up burning their enemies, and God kept them alive.

Hebrews 12:29

For our God is a consuming fire.

1 Corinthians 1:29

That no flesh should glory in his presence.

Isaiah 33:14

The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites. Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?
