Even the Bible Is Controlled By the Holy Spirit

If it took the Holy Spirit to inspire the scriptures, and it took the Holy Spirit to judge which books would be considered Scripture, how do we think we can understand the Word of God without the Holy Spirit? ‪#‎itsalive‬
