LOST TRIBES IN CHRIST?

TRUTH OVER LIES DAILY

Q: Some of you have been posting about being of the Lost Tribe of Israel, and this concerns me. If you are a Believer in Jesus, you cannot be a part of the “Lost tribe of Israel,” because you’re not lost. MY POINT brothers and sisters, since there is absolutely nothing to be gained spiritually from trying to put on a Hebrew identity, let us lose the identity of being lost people and focus on sharing and boasting in the identity we have now that Christ has found us.

A: I agree with your heart. Your purpose is on point but you are missing a lot of Scripture and research. The bible doesn’t call them the Lost tribes, it calls them the Scattered tribes of Israel.

So your foundational point of “you can’t be lost because you are in Christ” is a great point, but its not material to this particular Biblical doctrine.

Yes, we put Christ first. Yes, it’s true that we are not “Lost” if we have been found in Christ. However the Scattering of the diaspora is a real thing, as well as the blindness and the current Awakening.

The Gospel is not the only thing in the Bible. Understanding the complete Scriptures, sound doctrine, the Commandments of God, the Glory of God, and Prophetic Scriptures are also very important – especially as we come closer and closer to the return of Jesus.

There are several prophecies about the diaspora being awakened in the last days, and returning to Christ. That doesn’t mean we have to change our religion or our names or find our DNA or anything, but it does mean that the Scriptures will most definitely come to pass regardless of our opinion of them.

No I don’t boast in being a Scattered Israelite, my only boast is in Christ. But it’s good to know the backstory, especially since it was foretold and written in black & white in the Scriptures.

It’s the last days and many things that were hidden are being revealed. Many Scriptures that were sealed are being UnSealed… and that’s a blessing!

Daniel 12: 4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

TRUTH OVER LIES DAILY

Q: Can you help me to understand something?? So someone posted that “if you are a young preacher and you go to preach without your leader’s consent, then you are walking in rebellion.” And I asked for a scripture reference. Well I was responded with that Samuel sent Saul, Elijah sent Elisha, Moses sent the spies… I’m trying to understand if this is “church hierarchy” or if this is biblically based. I cannot find a scripture that says such. Have I missed something?? Or is this “church politics”?

A: There’s no biblical new covenant restriction on where you can preach. Sounds like church performance politics.

However you should be faithful to a specific congregation, and be submissive to elders.

Faithfulness, consistency, and humility are characteristics of a true disciple of Christ.

1 Peter 5: 2 Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; 3 Neither as being lords over God’s heritage, but being examples to the flock.
4 And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.
5 Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.

There may be a couple of things going on here.

1. It could be an over-controlling performance based preaching ministry. That’s not true discipleship.

2. It could be an elder trying to give guidelines and help a young minister learn something specific for maturity and fruitfulness.

In that case, more clear teaching could be appropriate. Sometimes explaining the rules can be more effective than enforcing the rules. Understanding Scripture helps with discipleship.

I’ve seen both cases, so you just have to be discerning about your specific situation.

Be mature and be obedient… but if its not biblical discipleship, you may need to move on and find discipleship that will lead you by example and by instruction and by explaining the Scriptures.

Apostle John DESTROYS False Doctrine “We All Sin Everyday”

I’ve shared before that Apostle John is my go-to Scriptural messenger when it comes to destroying false doctrines. He was the youngest apostle, and he lived the longest. He saw everything, he dealt with every basic form of error [Romanizers, Judaizers, Gnostics, Angels of Light]… and he did quick work!

Please see below for an example of how breaking down the words of Apostle John can easily destroy many modern false doctrines that have crept into the Body of Christ!

“THE TRUTH BEHIND 1 JOHN 1:8~
[written by John Duncan]
To come to a good understanding on any given doctrine, we must study all the verses of the Bible dealing with that subject, especially within that same book. The next step is to figure out what all these verses mean when put together. It is imperative to let the Bible interpret the Bible. I like to think of studying the Scriptures as we would draw a card from a deck of cards, one truth at a time. I will use this “deck of cards” illustration to explain my answers.

Let us first examine the controversial Scripture, 1 John 1:8-9:

“If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we CONFESS our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

A. 1st Card – No one can claim to be without sin (1 John 1:8).

B. 2nd Card – The very next verse (1 John 1:9) says that He will purify us from ALL unrighteousness. If ALL unrighteousness is gone, how many is left? Zero.

If I have 5 grains of sand on my hand and I blow them ALL off, how many are left? Zero. If I wash the dishes and I take ALL the grease out, how much grease is left? Zero.

C. 3rd Card – We are faced with a contradiction: Card #1 and Card #2 seem to convey opposite truths. On one hand, Card #1 says that you can not “claim to be without sin” but on the other, Card #2 says that you can have “all unrighteousness” cleansed, therefore leaving you with no sin remaining. Can you “not claim to be without sin” and yet have no sin left?

Something happened in between verses 8 and 9. Look carefully above. It is called “confession” (caps, underlined). You cannot say that you have no sin before confessing them to Christ (repentance). I have witnessed to people who thought that they were good people and that they never sinned their whole lives. Therefore, since they thought they did not need Jesus, confession and repentance was not even an option for them.

D. 4th Card – The very next verse further clarifies it for us: “If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.” (1 John 1:10). We make Him a liar if we say that we have never sinned, because “all have sinned.” That’s why we need to be saved.

Let’s go back a couple of verses to get the context (1 John 1:6-7):

“If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.”

E. 5th Card – We can’t walk in darkness (sin) and have fellowship with God (v. 6). Furthermore, if we say that we have fellowship with Him – If we call ourselves Christians – and live in sin, we lie and do not the truth. Right here you can see that “sinning Christianity” is a false doctrine.

F. 6th Card – If we walk in the light (truth), the blood of Jesus cleanses from ALL sin (v. 7). Again, ALL means ALL. If ALL sin is cleansed, how much is left? Zero.

The next verse further shows us that we are NOT to expect sinning:

“My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And IF any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:” (1 John 2:1).

What is the Apostle John’s purpose to writing these things? (answer above)

A. That you may sin
B. That you may NOT sin

If you correctly answered “b,” which interpretation of 1 John 1:8 is in more harmony with John’s goal for writing this letter?

Also note that 1 John 2:1 says “if,” not “when” (underlined and capitalized above). Let me ask you a couple of questions:

1. “IF I have a car wreck today, I hope not to get hurt.” Is this car wreck:

a. inevitable
b. a possibility

2. “WHEN I drop a ball, it will fall to the ground.” Is the law of gravity:

a. inevitable
b. a possibility

Likewise, 1 John 2:1 shows us clearly that sinning is a possibility in a Christian’s life (“IF any man sin…”), but not an inevitable event (not “WHEN any man sin…”). 1 John 1:8 shows us that sinning is inevitable in a sinner’s life (before confession and salvation).

I am not claiming to be “without sin.” I used to be a drunkard, a fornicator, etc., before I got saved. But after I confessed my sins to Jesus and was born-again, I was cleansed of all sin. Now, by the power of the Holy Spirit and the grace of God, I am “walking in the light, as He is in the light,” and the blood of Jesus Christ “cleanses me from ALL sin.” I am not expecting to sin, but IF I sin, I have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ, and I am no longer “walking in darkness.”

To say that 1 John 1:8 means what most modern-day professing “Christians” say that it means is bogus. If you look at the whole context, it CAN NOT mean that we are always going to sin. The verse in itself is sandwiched between verses that teach the exact opposite!!!

If you read on into this book of 1 John, you will find out some radical statements against “sinning Christianity” such as:
•1 John 2:3-6: “And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.”

•1 John 2:29 “If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him.”
•1 John 3:4-10: “Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin. Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. Little children, LET NO MAN DECEIVE YOU: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.”
•1 John 5:2-3 “By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.”
The apostle John warned these early Christians to LET NO MAN DECEIVE YOU! (1 John 3:7). The reason for such admonition is that John knew that deception was coming our way. My friend, that deception is here in our day.

Modern-day false doctrines:
•We all sin everyday in “word, thought, or deed.”
•No one can stop sinning, even with the grace and with the help of God.
•We are only humans and humans sin.
•We all sin every day. ”

CALVINISM AND CHURCH? #TOLD

CALVINISM AND CHURCH?
#TOLD
TRUTH OVER LIES DAILY

Q: I’m wondering your view on calvanism and predetermined destination. Is salvation available to all or does God preselect who he will elect? Does God choose or do we choose?

A: Calvin was a reformer that did a lot of good work but he was far from perfect. Many of his doctrines are demonic and based on deceptions that Augustine brought into the Church from Roman philosophies. He was also a murderer that used his religious power and mixed it with state power to have others killed.

Jesus said my kingdom is not of this world, and my servants don’t fight against flesh & blood. Calvinism has lots and lots of horrible fruit in that regard.

Not just his murder of Servetus, but even American slavery itself can be linked to Calvinism (check the links below).

3 John 1:11 Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.

Predestination is God’s end purpose for your life, but our human will must be submissive and obedient to accomplish God’s will.

Our relationship with God is a two way street, that’s why Apostle Paul describes the mystery of the gospel as a bridegroom & bride relationship. It’s a Covenant.

Salvation is available to all. The Call goes out to all. The elect are the ones that answer to call. The Congregation is comprised when those that have answered the call to Assemble together under the Authority of Christ.

If you look up the greek words Kletos, Ekkletos, Ekklesia, the doctrine of the gospel becomes very clear.

Roots of Ecclesia
Strongs Greek 2821 Klesis – an invitation
Strongs Greek 2822 Kletos – invited, called
Strongs Greek 1588 Ekklektos – called out (chosen, ELECT)
Strongs Greek 1577 Ekklesia – called out assembly or congregation

Many are invited and called, few are called out (answer the invitation aka ELECT), and become the ecclesia, assembly of those that answered the call.

EKKLESIA MEANS “CALLED OUT ASSEMBLY”

Understanding Ekklesia not only helps us understand the nature of Salvation but it also helps us understand why the word “Church” is a mistranslation, and why the true Gospel can never be separated from the Assembly.

The Gospel is literally an invitation to Assemble under the Order of King Jesus.

Q: Why do so many churches teach that God chooses? What do you feel about people like lecrae who are calvanist?

A: Many churches teach that only God chooses and that its not a 2-way relationship because they follow after error.

False Apostles create false doctrines. Many theologians and preachers that came up with these doctrines were actually angels of light, ministers of satan that were attempting to minister to God’s people with their talent instead of fully repenting from their old false covenants and worldly philosophies.

This is why you get Manichean Philosophers like Augustine, Roman Catholic Lawyers like Calvin, and Hip Hop Rappers like Lecrae who end up mixing the gospel with their old mindsets instead of fully repenting ( Disclaimer: i have no idea if Lecrae is still a Calvinist or not).

This lack of true repentance ends up affecting their doctrine and their actions over time.

Does God harden hearts? Yes. But He hardens the hearts of those that choose to harden their own hearts first. If you search the Scriptures you’ll find that its a 2-way street.

Here’s a few articles on my blog about it: https://sospression.com/?s=calvinism

WHY DON’T WE SACRIFICE OUR FAMILIES ANYMORE? #TOLD

WHY DON’T WE SACRIFICE OUR FAMILIES ANYMORE?
#TOLD
TRUTH OVER LIES DAILY

Q: Question? Not sure if you’ve already went over it but why would Jesus pull the disciples away from their jobs as husbands in men to come do his work but in today’s Ministries we use a phrase God can use you at your job Etc.? Why aren’t we abandoning ourselves to his work and trusting him like they did to provide for us and our families?

A: Sometimes God uses ministers with jobs when purity and reformation is a priority. They can’t depend on the religious establishment for support.

Family is a man of God’s first ministry so its NEVER good to make your family suffer in the name of Jesus. That’s very irresponsible, unfaithful, and blasphemous (1 Timothy 5:8).

Not everyone is called to full time ministry. For those that are, sometimes God is sending people to new places or to move the Kingdom forward, so they have to start off with secular employment because there is not enough financial support for them.

Jesus was a carpenter, Paul was a tent maker, Daniel was an administrative official, Nehemiah was a cupbearer, Amos was a farmer.

However full-time ministry can be done if you do it as a team. That’s what Jesus did, He built a team. Jesus’s disciples were taught by ONE (1) Master.

But nowadays we all have different views and different backgrounds, so its hard to get men to fully agree on the Word of God and doctrine. These days everyone wants to “agree to disagree.” But Scripture says two can’t walk together except they be agreed.

So it depends on what type of team you want to join… a lot of full time ministry teams come from denominational error, entertainment industry whoredoms, man’s traditions, or creative but non-scriptural ideas. These things are not as fruitful as the Kingdom that Jesus taught us.

But I definitely believe that Jesus is still creating teams and trying to get men to join together in His work. But for this work to be completely effective it would have to be totally Christ based without man’s traditions attached to it.

This is why we need to teach the Kingdom Commandments and Kingdom Ordinances because it’s the ORDER that Jesus taught that makes the Gospel of the Kingdom more fruitful.

WAS PAUL (SAUL) A FALSE APOSTLE?

TRUTH OVER LIES DAILY

Q: Would love to get your thoughts on this… what do you think about the people that are saying that Paul (Saul) was a false apostle? I’m definitely going to do my research on this. I have thought this way but have been dismissed and dismissed myself.

Q: Hey Bro quick I wanna know your thoughts I was sent this video about apostle Paul and him being a false apostle and why we should never quote him or any of the books saying he was contradicting the Jesus .. I don’t believe that what are your thoughts .. on why people say Paul is lawless

A: Hey… I didn’t have time to listen to this whole thing but I’ve seen some of the books and thoughts going around about people calling Paul a false apostle. These arguments seem new, but they are really old and they come around every generation. These arguments also seem strong and very convincing, but overall the New Covenant is a lot stronger.
Here’s the problem with that line of thinking.

#1 Paul was translating the gospel of the Kingdom to an entirely different culture. He had a very difficult job to do. He not only had to translate the language but thoughts and concepts that were entirely different than gentile culture. It was a hard job! But Paul was anointed by the Holy Spirit to do it. Jesus called him to do it.

#2 Destruction was coming to Jerusalem, and everything connected to the Ordinances of the Jews was coming to an end. Yahushuah prophesied this in Luke 21. All the punishments of Deuteronomy 28 and Leviticus 26, were going to be activated in AD 70. Hosea 2:11 was going to activated. Paul was communicating the gospel into a different situation, and He was in complete harmony with the Messiah. The Messiah himself made preparation for a NEW kingdom with NEW Ordinances not depending on the old ordinances of Israel and the feasts of Jerusalem. That’s why the Judaizers of His day did all they could to twist up Paul’s words and attack his ministry. Judaizers of today do the exact same things.

#3 If Paul was a liar, that makes Peter a liar, and Luke untrustworthy. Peter was very clear that Paul’s writings were Scripture, and that Unlearned and Unstable men like to TWIST Paul’s words. It’s a very slippery slope. To me it looks like the people going down this slippery slope are the Judaizers. These are the false Apostles that Paul warned us about. It makes perfect sense that they would switch it up and decide to call Paul a false apostle. However, the true Apostles knew and agreed with Paul. If this isn’t true, what part of the Scriptures can we trust? Do we have the Holy Spirit or not?

In Summary: No Paul wasn’t a false Apostle. Paul was apostle to the gentiles who ministered ahead of His time, in complete harmony with the PROPHECIES of Yashuah that soon Jerusalem and the Ordinances connected to Jerusalem would be completely destroyed. Peter and all of the other apostles had difficulty with His ministry at first, but even they eventually had to submit and agree with the mission of Jesus to unite Jews and Gentiles in One Body of Christ, and to exalt King Jesus and His new Kingdom Ordinances over the Ordinances of Abraham (Hebrews) and Moses (Israelites).

In other words, when Judaizers get backed into a corner and can no longer twist the Scriptures that the Holy Spirit gave through Paul, they must start to label Paul as a false apostle.
They have a strong desire to avoid the New Covenant and go back to the Old. But even the most skilled Deceiver cannot twist the meaning of this very simple Scripture:

Hebrews 8:13 In that he saith, A NEW COVENANT, he hath made the first old. Now that which DECAYETH and WAXETH OLD is ready to VANISH AWAY.
