BRAGGING ABOUT SALVATION?
Bragging about Salvation but not keeping God’s 10 Commandments and the Obedience of the Gospel is like a woman bragging about being married but refusing to change her last name, submit to marriage order, or give her body to her spouse.
Matthew 7:21-23
[21]Not every one that SAITH UNTO ME, LORD, LORD, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that DOETH THE WILL OF MY FATHER which is in heaven.
[22]Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
[23]And then will I profess unto them, I NEVER KNEW YOU: depart from me, ye that WORK INIQUITY.
10 Commandments of the Father = Last Name (IN MY FATHERS HOUSE are many mansions). The Son brings His Bride INTO His Father’s House!
Commandments of the Son = Intimacy, giving your body to the New Covenant Gospel and Ordinance. (I Never KNEW YOU = We did not consummate the Marriage).
As you Boast in the LORD – make Sure you also Fear and Obey the LORD!
