To those that are suffering in righteousness:

Revelation 2:9-10
[9]I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (BUT THOU ART RICH) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
[10]FEAR NONE OF THOSE THINGS WHICH THOU SHALT SUFFER: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

To those that are prospering in wickedness:

Luke 16:23-25
[23]And IN HELL HE LIFT UP HIS EYES, BEING IN TORMENTS, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
[24]And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I AM TORMENTED IN THIS FLAME.
[25]But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and THOU ART TORMENTED.

To those in the middle:

Revelation 3:16-20
[16]So then because THOU ART LUKEWARM, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
[17]Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that THOU ART WRETCHED, AND MISERABLE, AND POOR, AND BLIND, AND NAKED:
[18]I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
[19]As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
[20]Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: IF ANY MAN HEAR MY VOICE, AND OPEN THE DOOR, I WILL COME IN TO HIM, and will SUP WITH HIM, and HE WITH ME.
