I tried to read a book by John G Lake several years ago. Couldn’t even finish it. It was so suspect, it seemed so light weight spiritually.
Today I know why. These men were NOT GODS GENERALS! THEY WERE FALSE APOSTLES!
He learned manipulation and deception techniques from John Alexander Dowie, and fled to South Africa to escape from a murder charge at his ministry!
When he was done hiding in South Africa, he came back to the USA and was arrested in Oregon for selling mining stocks to the members of His new church!
Most of the people they told me were God’s generals were actually false apostles: buying and selling in the temple, using the name of Jesus to deceive others for political, financial, and real estate gains, and leaving a wake of abused saints behind them.
The Doctrine of the Nicolaitans is being exposed from the ROOTS! Keep the 10 Commandments of God and the Faith of Jesus. Period. You have been warned.
